I had Rick write up a contract for a house that I wanted to purchase FSBO. There were (of course) a few amendments that needed to gradually be added and signed by all 5 parties involved, and he always got them written and passed around in an extremely timely manner. He was very responsive to emails and always had helpful advice- this being my first home purchase, I needed it! Pricing was fair and up front as well. House closed with no issues. Couldn't recommend him more!

Rick was friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest. He took the time to look at all the pictures and information that I sent to him before the meeting so by the time we meet he was ready to give me the HOA related advice I needed. I truly recommend Rick. Thank you !!!
