Couldn't be happier! Hired Rick Villandry Remoldeling to finish our attic. When Rick came to the house to price the job we immediately felt confident. He understood exactly what we wanted. He kept us aware of any unexpected changes to make sure we were happy. Rick happily accommodated when we requested a minor change. We completely trusted Rick and his entire crew and subcontractors. The job was completed within the time frame promised and we love it! We now have a completely finished 3rd floor with 2 big additional rooms. This is the 2nd time we've had Rick and crew to our home. Last year they built us a beautiful deck and did some excavating work in our back yard. This year they renovated our upstairs bathroom. We absolutely LOVE the work that was done. The bathroom is beautiful and within the next week or so they'll be back to stain our deck. Thanks Rick for all your hard work.

My wife and I were looking to build a Master Bedroom suite over our existing garage. After an exhausting search for a contractor that could do this project within our budget, and one we felt comfortable working with, we met Rick Villandry Remodeling! From the very first meeting and until the very last day of the project, Rick and his crew were amazing to work with. They made what could have been a stressful project into such an easy transition for our family. We were never left in the dark, wondering, confused or stressed at any time during the project. They showed up when they said they were going to show up and always on time. Rick and his crew were such perfectionists with even the smallest details. They were super clean and very efficient. The finished carpentry work is probably just about the best I have ever seen. We never at any point felt like we were being "taking for a ride," as is the case with some other contractors. Included in this project was a small office area for my wife. She had a vision of what she wanted for this space and Rick absolutely nailed it with the design of this room. The project is now complete and we could not be any happier with the way it came out. Rick Villandry Remodeling is absolutely the only contractor that we would ever consider using again!

My wife found Rick through an Internet search when we needed our basement refinished. Our last contractor came recommended through a family friend and it did not go well at all so we chose to try someone new this time. From the beginning to the end of this job, Rick and his workers were PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and HARD WORKING! He makes sure that the work he is doing is exactly what we wanted and nothing more or less. There were no major changes that needed to be made along the way and no surprise charges upon completion. Rick did a REMARKABLE job of maximizing every inch of space that he had to work with in our tricky basement. As the basement project was going well, we also decided to have him transform our upstairs outdated bathroom into something modern, with a stand-up shower. It could not look better! We now have an entire extra floor of living space and a beautiful second bathroom. Generally, I have found that once a job is completed, the relationship with the contractor has run its course and both parties are ready to move on but this has been an extremely LOW STRESS, FAIR process and I will happily be using Rick in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
