Riddle's Jewelry

We want to thank Riddles for an amazing experience. We recently had damage to a treasured piece of jewelry. Fawn and Jeff were helpful in the extreme. They advised us how best to proceed and helped us through the process. We feel confident in their knowledge, outstanding commitment to service and their understanding of customer needs. They both really listened and understood the importance of this item to us. Their care of us made us feel reassured that our jewelry is in hands that value our keepsakes as much as we do. Throughout this whole process both they and Dusty kept us updated and expressed genuine concern, but also experienced confidence that our needs would be met and exceeded. We will continue to trust in them with all our jewelry needs. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed with our experience here. My fiancé brought in a gold chain with a cross that his mom gave him when he was 15 (he’s 35 now) and wore that chain every day. It cost $100 to fix and broke 3 days later in the same spot, even more unfortunate he lost the cross. The manager (a woman) said the only thing she’s could do was replace the cross for the same value it was. Obviously that’s not something you can put a price on, it was insulting to say the least. He’s heartbroken but was the bigger person and took the loss. The LEAST she could’ve done was refund the $100 and have some empathy. We won’t be getting our rings here anymore and will tell others about our experience.

Fawn, Dusty, and all the staff at Riddles are ever so helpful and knowledgeable about the jewelry they sell and diamonds in general. The store is always clean, shiny, and very welcoming. Stop by and let Fawn adorn you with her latest arrivals and bling! Fawn is the most genuine, kind person and her passion for diamonds and gems really SHINES!
