Special thanks to Gavin, David, Patrick and especially Michael for making the purchase of my first ever bike possible and hassle free… If you’re ever interested in purchasing or even learning more about a bike in specific, Michael Adams is your go to guy. I purchased a dual sport Honda 250L and while we got the paperwork done and waited for it to be ready for me to take, he was SUPER informative. Details of the bike, the ins and outs, how to start/practice, how to unload it off the truck…… He made my experience that much better and more comforting… Thank you Mike! Will always recommend him..
I want to leave some feedback on the team at Ridenow Boulder. I had originally planned on purchasing a Yamaha FJR1300 from Ridenow Rancho. On May 8, 2024, I flew down to LAS from Utah to purchase the FJR. I had set up my visit ahead of time, and inquired multiple times if the bike would be ready for me to make an 'acceptance ride' when I arrived from Utah the morning of May 8th. I was assured it would be ready. Prior to my arrival, I was contacted by Ridenow Rancho to see how close I was. I told them I was at Wells Fargo getting a cashier's check and would be there shortly. When I arrived, about 30 min later, not only was the bike not ready, there was no battery in it and was nowhere near ready to view, much less take an acceptance ride. I asked if they could Wheel it outside so I could get a better look at it. At this point, I was told there was no battery in it. I asked if they could put a battery in it so I could turn the key and get a look at it. I was told they would not put a battery in the bike unless they had a deposit or a signed contract with firm intention of purchasing the bike. I reminded them that I had just flown down from Utah, after discussing at length for multiple days that I would be coming down to buy the bike. They again said they would not put a battery in the bike unless I gave them a deposit or signed a contract to buy the bike. I was DONE with Ridenow Rancho. I called Gavin at RIdenow Boulder who I had previously spoken to about their FJR and explained that I had flown to LAS that morning and what had occurred at Ridenow Rancho. Gavin apologized for the situation at Rancho, said they would match the price Rancho had offered me and assured me I would not have that experience at Boulder if I wanted to drive down there. I headed south to Boulder. My experience at Ridenow Boulder could not have been more polar opposite than what I had experienced at Rancho. The team at Ridenow Boulder was awesome! The bike was not ready nor should it have been, as I hadn’t told them I was coming down there ahead of time. They immediately even before I arrived started getting the bike ready. The entire team at Ridenow Boulder was very friendly and accommodating. They kept me informed at to the progress on getting the bike ready and treated me like a valued customer before any deposit or documents were drawn up. They showed me the bike in the back as it was getting prepped. It was going to take a few hours to get the bike ready, but they were actively working on it. As they got the bike ready, I took time to get lunch and visit Wells Fargo to have the cashier’s check changed from Ridenow Rancho to Ridenow Boulder. I signed the purchase paperwork and took my FJR on it’s acceptance ride. In closing, I would say that I would never deal with Ridenow Rancho again and would tell anyone who asked to avoid Ridenow Rancho at all costs. The complete opposite can be said of Ridenow Boulder. I am extremely pleased with the exceptional customer service I received from Ridenow Boulder, and would highly recommend them to anyone! In particular I would like to highlight the exceptional customer service I received during the entire process from Gavin, Anthony and Joseph … these 3 guys were incredible and turned my highly negative experience at Rancho into an extremely positive experience at Boulder. Thank You … Gavin, Anthony and Joseph! You have a tremendously pleased customer with nothing but positive thoughts of Ridenow Boulder! John Koener
Recently bought a bike, Michael was very helpful in the process. He showed me the crate where the bike was in, sent me progress videos and pictures, and he definitely has my future business. Thank you, Michael!
Huge shout out to Bob Lofquist in parts for getting my Dunlop q5s tires at a killer price and installed. Want to say thank you to the service writer Kevin Serafine for taking the time to write it up and get them back to me fast and easy. Also want to thank the tech Jerret Hamia for doing a great job and zero scratches. Highly recommend the new team at Ridenow. You won’t be disappointed.
The staff was friendly and positive, which made the experience fun. The purchase process is fast and easy, especially if you're paying cash and don't need financing. The only minor issue I had was with the dealer fees that get added to all vehicle purchases, because they are too high. However, they will negotiate with you on the fees if you ask and they will work out a deal that's more reasonable. Overall it was a great experience, and I would buy from them again.
I purchased three dirt bikes from Ride Now in spring of 2023. My sons Suzuki DRZ had a bent fork with less than one hour of ride time on the bike. I brought it in to be looked at because there’s no way my son bent this fork. Tyler agreed to cover the repair, mind you they wanted 1300 dollars to replace a fork on a 1900 dollar bike. My bike sat there from January until march with no parts ordered. I couldn’t get a call back from anyone. Finally I contacted Matt Allen the GM. He was friendly and responsive. He told me my parts were on order finally and they would call when completed. I picked the bike up and after bringing home I noticed the fork was still bent. After some additional conversation Kevin the service manager told me that they bent from me lifting this bike and unloading out of my SUV. There was no warranty so I would have to call Suzuki customer support myself. As a service person myself I would never want my clients calling the manufacturer, your goal is to provide solutions. None the less I have been around dirt bikes my whole life and I know that either these forks were never changed or there is a product issue with the fork. We didn’t even use the bike after it was repaired. If loading and unloading this bike caused the forks to bend these bikes are not safe for children. Ridenow lost a customer who has spent a lot of money in their store over the last 12 months. If you want to be supported after sale do not buy from Ridenow. Carter Powersports has now gained a new client, me.
I came in kind of clueless but knew what i wanted, A yamaha r3 in black. Been wanting one since I was 17. Mike was the one to come up to me and help me out. In the beginning i knew i wanted the bike, but was waiting for stuff on my end to make it really happen. But just two days ago i decided to make the decision and buy it. I was willing but happy to settle on a blue r3, it was great, but just when I went in, they had just got an almost brand new r3 in black come into the shop. Mike knew that was my dream bike and made it happen without me even having to ask. I came to the store in the beginning of April, waited a month, but when I actually decided I wanted the bike, I got the keys in my hand in two days. It would’ve been within 3 hours if I didn’t want it delivered. Mike was very friendly and kind, and made the whole process smooth from coming in to having it in my parking lot. You can definitely tell he knows what he’s doing from years of experience. He’s not there to push a bike on you, he’s there to do his best to get you exactly what you want. In my case, I got exactly what I’ve always wanted for 6 years. Thanks Mike, and thanks to Ridenow Powersports on Boulder!
I just bought a new Honda Rebel 1100 from RideNow Boulder. It was a straight forward process. Colby was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He allowed me to check out the bikes, answered all my questions and made sure I got the bike I wanted. Thanks Colby and everyone. I'd definitely recommend this place.
Walked in to look at Groms, walked out with a 2024 Grom Sp. Jerome was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The financing process was quick and easy and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. 11/10 would definitely recommend this location to all of my family and friends
The Service Workers are great had my ATV tires mounted and called a few places in town and they were fair on the price. They were busy but the guy told me I would have it before the weekend to ride so here’s a picture of mounted tires after my ride. Lol
