Ridge Car Service

The owner of this company is a bad, bad guy, which I will explain. The dispatchers​ have been very nice to me and some of the drivers are nice too. But some drivers seem marginally functional. One such driver was very bizarre, talking to himself, constantly distracted​ by scrounging for snacks and talking to himself. One day, I had a doctor's appointment and this guy was sent to take me. He was late which meant that I was late. Then he came to the wrong side of the street. I tried to get his attention but before I could cross the street, he took off. I called the dispatcher who said, "That f----ing guy!" Now I was really late. Then, on the way to the doctor, on a heavily traveled road and moving at a good speed, he slammed on his brakes and I, who had no warning, I went flying. I thought I was okay but the next day, I was in terrible pain. When I tell you that I had such a hard time getting any information about from the owner about the car and the insurance information, that doesn't even describe how awful the owner was. I had to file a claim through the TLC, to get the information I needed to fill out the proper form to get a nofault claim. I wasn't suing anyone, I just wanted physical therapy so I could heal properly. The owner complained to me that Uber is ruining his business. I think he is ruining his business and no one else. What a slime!

Please avoid. Very rude, unprofessional and unsafe. They send you a car with regular random plates and with no taxi license signs pretty sure because vehicles/drivers aren't authorized for taxi service. If you inquire about it and ask for any proof that you are being picked up by an actual taxi, they'll curse you out and kick you out and drive away. Please put your safety first and don't get into a car with random strangers, use a legit service!

I think they do a great job at getting from point A to Point B but they can take a while to show up and aren’t always open or able to service me when needed which kinda sucks but I think they do what their supposed to

Rudest most unprofessional company on earth. They answer the phone with "what do you want????" Etc.
