I moved into Ridge Carlton apartments Over a year ago. I am so happy I Chose Ridge Carlton Apartments, everyone from Management to maintenance and neighbors are very friendly. Management is so on top of everything, everything is so convenient, supermarkets, TARGETs and etc. there is a laundromat in the building so you never have to leave, 24/7 security, mail and packages to be received are also convenient there is a huge mailroom. Ridge Carlton is always kept clean and I cannot say enough about Management, huge Private parking area. I feel very safe living here. I am so happy I chose Ridge Carlton Apartments.
Great community, clean and very quiet. Previous management was great, but the latest one was even better responding to my maintenance inquiries. Thank you to the new manager Asiyah, who helped me with the termination of my lease and for following-up even after I was moved out. highly recommend!!!

Have lived in this apartment complex for almost 5 years now. The first year or two were great but it has gone downhill since. Trying to get maintenance done in your apartment is horrible & when they do come they do the bare minimum to “fix the issues” which doesn’t actually fix the problems & there’s definitely no such thing as “24 emergency maintenance” we’ve had emergency situations that we’ve tried calling about & still had to wait until Monday for the leasing office to open to have someone come out when available, not to mention we pay a crazy amount of rent that goes up every year for so called “community features” like a swimming pool, volleyball court etc etc that they barely opened through out the summers & now they have decided to completely cover them both up & not inform any of the residents about. This complex is definitely no longer worth it & I can not wait to move. I recommend looking elsewhere!!!!
This place has come down a lot due to charging management a lot .But I am feeling positive due to a new young lady in the office she is really on the ball with being helpful her name is Asiyah Jones she is a hard worker and very professional at her job great for thisbuilding
Absolutely amazing place to live….Mercedes and asyia are amazing….they’re always open to help with anything kind and really care about the residents
When I moved into Ridge Carlton Apartments approx. 4 years ago, there were so much to be excited about with RC. There was additional storage on the first floor, for the tenants. THAT IS NO MORE. Now there is the a large space for the mice and bugs to run around in, along with the apartments and hall ways. RC had a security guard who walked the building and checked the parking lots every night, to make you fee totally secure THAT IS NO MORE. When I moved in, I loved going to the Pool on the weekends and in the early evenings after work, as the pool was open until 8 PM. THE POOL IS NO LONGER ALLOWED TO BE USED. The "Fitness Center" is what they call it, is a joke, as the equipment is so outdated that most items barely work. The tennis court is covered in mold, completely torn apart and nonfunctional. The laundry facilities on each floor are filthy dirty, which no one maintenances. I have since moved from Ridge Carlton and from what I have seen in the short time that I did lived there, this complex is only getting worse!!! Management has changed 3 times in less then 4 years. If you want to pay $1000. for a one bedroom apt or over $1400. for a two bedroom apt. with NO amenities, you go for it!!!! This place is not worth the money!!!
I have lived at the Ridge Carlton for a year. The Leasing office staff has been more than accommodating, maintenance staff as always completed my service requests in a timely fashion and the tenants have been pleasant. The apartment size is great and the sense of security is wonderful. I highly recommend it.
Moved in a little over three months ago and I love the development of this property. Between the upgraded community room, the painting that is taken place right now and the new staff I can see myself living here for quite some time. Any issue that has came up with my apartment the wonderful maintenance staff always takes care of it right away, I would recommend this place to anyone that is in the market for a new home.
I have been a tenant at ridge carlton apartments for 14 years. For the most part, I have been quite satisfied. My issue occurred last year. As I stated previously,I have been a tenant at the ridge carlton apartments for 14 years, in those 14 years my heat and air unit had yearly issues. For instance, in the summer my air would not function, I would contact the office and maintenance would come repair the issue. This would also happen in the Winter ,when heat was needed. Maintenance would , once again, repair the problem. Last year in the summer, the air would not operate. Maintenance arrived in my apartment and could not fix the unit. They had to order a whole new unit and put it in and I received air. The issue came in November. I went to turn on the heat for the first that winter. The heat would not operate. I called down to the office and reported the issue. Maintenance arrived and could not get the unit to workThe air was operational but the heat would not function. The bottom line was that I was in my apartment for a month without heat. I had to utilize space heaters to keep warmBy the way I was charged the full month rent . So here is where the issue came into play, I received my gas bill for October through mid or most of November. The bill is $166 dollars. The bill has the gas furnace usage listed. I did not turn my heat on until November and it did not work, so there was no usage. The next bill came for November through December. The amount of the bill was $400. The unit was not functional until the last week of December; therefore, there could not be any usage. The next bill came for December and January and It was also $400 dollars. I have reached out to the office about this issue and they have not resolved the issue. I should not be liable for a $400 dollar bill or even a $166 dollar bill for a unit that wasn't even working at the time. A $400 dollar gas bill in an apartment does not even make sense to me. I have never had to pay $400 worth of gas and I have lived there 14 years.
