Great venue! Non-Profit which means they don't scalp their own tickets like some other venues do. Great acoustics, ample parking, excellent staff who are always accommodating and a very robust schedule with more than 200 live shows each year consisting of some very prominent acts. The artists love playing at the venue and return again and again. Respectful and appreciative audiences. The artists are made to feel like they are playing to friends in their living rooms. My favorite venue by far and I have been to them all.

Went to go see The Machine play Pink Floyd. All seats are good seats simply because of the size of the theater. Acoustics were acceptable for the size.
However I had 2 issues.
1) The seats are incredibly narrow. Anyone with a larger frame or who is wearing thick layers is going to have comfort issues. This used to be a school, so it makes sense, just bear that it mind.
2) While check in was fast and there was no significant waiting because it's a small venue, I wasn't patted down, but all the guys in my group were. We had also left with a drink we purchased from inside during intermission to get some air, and came back in and were forced by security to throw it away. I understand no outside drinks during initial entry, but not even during intermission? I guess it makes sense, but it certainly doesn't encourage me to visit the concession stand again.
This theater is better suited for smaller shows like stand up comedians or less well-known bands. It gets a little tricky when the crowd gets larger.

Nice little non profit theater. Almost all seats have a good view. They serve popcorn and candy ala a movie theater and operate a bar as well. Not a super ornate theater, bit well kept.

I live in Ridgefield and have been here many times. My only reason for writing is to warn you NOT to heed the inexplicably ubiquitous comment, "There's not a bad seat in the house." That is simply not true. I had the single worst concert going experience I've ever had in my life sitting in the back row in the balcony a few years ago. Unless they no longer sell that row, beware.
What was extra frustrating was that the manager woman acted like I was the only person who ever mentioned the problem. The row actually drops down a good six inches from the row in front of that one. You CANNOT see a THING unless you stand up or sit on the unfolded seat, both dangerous decisions. To make things worse, those seats are right next to large technical equipment which was an eyesore.
The fact that they could sell those seats told me a lot about their management, and I have never renewed my membership since that time. And the people next to me complained as well, of course. They also saw nothing for two hours. I actually didnt return after intermission.
That back row was the only remaining choice for me at the time of purchase because the concert was almost sold out. But I believed the box office staff when they parroted the gem, "There's not a bad seat in the house." You've been warned.
