The Pork Belly is fresh, Italian sausages with and without fresh spices are excellent. Locally produced cheeses are now available. Clean environment.
Hands down the best butcher in town. Just don't forget like me that they're closed Sunday and Monday.
I was biking around exploring new parts of BK and Queens and cought a whiff of smokey pork goodness. Was not disappointed when I entered and saw the meat selection. Left with house smoked bacon, chorizo, lamb sausage and mergez all delicious. Definitely coming back.
To say this place changed my life is an understatement. Try everything for real. Also maple bacon wow.
