It doesn’t cost anything to say thank you to customers after they have spent their money at your store. The young lady was more concerned with telling her co-worker what she wanted him to get her to drink instead of providing good customer service. By the way, her tall, male co-worker is very knowledge. Very limited selection.

This place is great. I used a product on my floor that I needed to remove. Not only did they spend time getting to understand my situation they educated me in how to use the new product, why the prior product failed, and how to properly rectify the situation. The supplies they gave me worked wonderfully and I’m on the way to better floors. Thank you for all your help.

I am so impressed with this place I couldn't not give a review. I was calling around to get my Kirby vacuum serviced. They were the cheapest in the whole Houston area. I went in and I knew it was going to need some parts besides the servicing. There were some broken accent pieces and I needed an accessory. They had it all in stock and in the color specific to my generation of Kirby. I was estimated a price that sounded fair and they told me since I brought it in on Thursday right before closing and Monday was a holiday I might not get it back before Thursday the next week. I was fine with that. I got a call today, Friday, the day after I brought it in, at closing, telling me my vacuum was ready to pick up. I get there and my total was less than the original estimate! I have since got home and tried out the vacuum. It works like new. I cannot say enough about how amazing and friendly these people are. If you need anything done, GO HERE!

Walked the store. No looked up or greeted. Waited in line for someone to assist, nothing. The customer in front of me just turned around and left. I have shopped here before and never been ignored.

Great staff, customer service, product knowledge, support and pricing. We use Ridley's for purchasing most of our chemicals, equipment and consumable products. Highly recommend!

Very disorganized. We have been coming here for years because they are the local distributor for a particular commercial piece of equipment we use. The front desk is not knowledgeable, the online portal allows you to order parts for will call pick up. When you arrive you find out they actually don’t have the parts you are needing, or can’t find them. Wish we had alternatives.

Good product selection at reasonable pricing, always avalable with next day delivery even for large orders. Customer service is very responsive and knowledgeable.
