Currently have a unit and am torn between wether they r helpful or not. Had some issues, however certain employees were very accommodating, however dealt with the opposite from another employee. The units are clean, convenient and temperature controlled so I give the 5 stars until I see further...

Facility was very clean and secure. Staff was very helpful in getting us set up with the previously made reservation. The unit was clean and the lock/door worked great. The music playing around the units was a great feature that at first I dismissed, but was great while moving our stuff into the unit.
Get you in but in 6 months they raise your rent. During winter ice build up from melting but if your unit is on the shady side BE CAREFUL, no salt or sand available.
