An excellent solution for short and long term storage. I never had a problem. Never a leak, no water or mold, very dry place for important items. Also the online payment option is brilliant and very easy to use and convenient.

Had my storage there for over a year!! Went to take my belongings out and there was mouse feces and urine all over everything....when I called and asked to be reimbursed for cleaning expenses (pretty much asked for two months rent to be reimbursed) not the cost of items thrown away or anything and explained I would just take that hit.......they referred me to the insurance carrier that I was told I had to have for an additional cost monthly.......who they knew would not cover pests as the insurer said it was the storage companies responsibility to ensure that pest control was in place......needless to say they called me back several weeks later and said I was on my own and would not reimburse me anything because supposedly they found gummy bears in the unit....

ZERO stars. I used this facility in Bow NH for just about 2 years. On moving day into my new home, My entire moving crew was forced to move all of my storage unit out in the pitch black. None of the hallway lights worked in the entire hallway where my storage unit was located for the hour and a half my team was there. One light on the left came on but was way too far down to offer anything but pitch black at my unit. The safety lights did not even work. Items that had been stacked on top of each other fell on our movers. When I called to let the facility manager know about the safety issue, Jamie, the manager let me know that there was no way we had been in the dark. I called as a courtesy so she would know for other customers and she blatently told me I was incorrect. I told her i have a team of eight people who I told her can all attest to this and she still denied it. Considering I was not looking to get anything out of this call, her customer service was beyond poor. I would strongly suggest using someone else’s facility. Management is dishonest. Very disheartening.

I would rate Right Space Storage, Bow, NH a 2.5 Initial rental was quick and easy. Moved household contents from Ft Bragg into two units without problems. Not climate controlled. When we vacated we found evidence of mice droppings and some furniture showed evidence of gnawing. Object greatly to a business that advertising OPEN at 8:30am and no one there. On three occasions, sign in door stated “gone to bank, back shortly. “ There are night deposits and additional help could be hired to cover. On one occasion when someone was actually in office, the young man was not able to print a form he stated was necessary to vacate ...a notice needed 10 days prior to leaving. When a payment was made in the drop box, I had enclosed a note requesting a printed receipt be mailed to me. Unfortunately, I was informed they will not mail anything to a customer...only via computer/email. Dudley Terrill, Loudon, NH
