I had looked EVERYWHERE when I ran out of fuel but no one could come for a week. I called rinaldi energy and they did everything in their power to get to my house within 48 hours. AND they were there first thing in the morning! I will not go anywhere else for fuel! They also have a very polite and very sweet staff.
Rinaldi was quick, well-priced, good service on fuel delivery. I also enjoy their reminders!

I called Rinaldi due to a delivery issue with my previous company they couldn’t deliver and I had already waited four days for oil and my tank was reading empty. They were so nice and came the very next morning!! I am so impressed with their customer service and will definitely remain a customer in the future!
I bought a house in old Orchard and within a week the oil tank leaked. Rinaldi was able to come out and install a new one the next day!!! Great customer Service as well as technicians .
