This place has allot of potential but unfortunately fell very short. The person guiding the car in didn't apply any bug cleaning about even without that, you can see loose bugs on the bumper sticking out and dirt on that comes off when you touch it. It completely missed touching the front and windshield as well. Updated rating because the owner showed genuine interest in resolving the issue.
I have been going to this car washed for the past four years now. I have spoken to a gentleman there named Hector .. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the business .he knew all the answers to my Questions about the car wash. on top of that.. I've been going there for 4 years and I have been seeing new machines outside of the building now for several months just curious to win their actually going to be installed I have considered maybe going to another car wash now because every time I come out of this one they are giant potholes. as soon as my car is clean so what happens is I have to go back in the second time to get the mud off from the first time .so I'm just curious to when is this going to be done ..thank you
Easy to use car wash. Great pricing plans and awesome vacuum. Large area to dry and detail your ride. Car wash system is safe and not hard on car paint. Just make sure to wipe dry your car after wash to eliminate the water spots from forming on the paint.
Went to RIOs car wash today and had an excellent customer service experience with Hector! I wasn't satisfied with my first wash and he went above and beyond to meet their expectations! He offered me another wash with no questions asked! He is friendly, extremely professional and has a great attitude. Thank you Hector!Services: Vacuuming
I’ve used this company for a year now. They updated some of their machinesand flashy lights, but KEEP raising their prices. The biggest issue is that the huge potholes are damaging the bottom of my cars for a while now and no solution is being expedited.
Today, in four separate vehicles, my family and I went to Rio Car Wash on 5217 Indian River Road, Virginia Beach, VA Two of our vehicles were fine but my husband and I notice our vehicles were still dirty. We spoke to an employee who said we could run them through again and scrub it with no problem. We went in line and explained the issue to a guy in burgundy - he let my husband go with no problem. My husband got to the front of the wash, they let him through with no issue and scrubbed his truck. When I got to the entrance of the car wash. They refused to perform the service that was offered because it wasn’t included in my wash, and in return I offered to pay the difference. This is where things escalated with an employee who has a military style crew cut, Caucasian, and tattoos on both arms. He started to yell at me and threaten me with calling the cops. I felt extremely under attack and he continued to yell at me. Once I got to the other end, I notified the rest of my family who were waiting. We all went to the front to address the issue. Your employee continued to yell, swear at me, and verbally/ psychically harass me by flipping me off see attached photo. Your employee called the cops and so did we. I just thought you would like to know what kind of managers the title he gave the cops are representing your company. I would love to give you a name, but he refused to speak to me after calling the cops. As a business owner and marketing director, I feel that this is important.Services: Vacuuming
When are you going to actually fill the ever widening pot holes? Blows my mind that management thinks it's acceptable to not have addressed this issue for months now. I drive an SUV that nearly bottoms out in those ravines, cannot imagine a low profile vehicle. Come on GO Car Wash, pay attention.
I've had the basic unlimited membership with this company since they were called Rio. I like the affordability of it, and how powerful the vacuums are. What I DON'T like are the potholes right outside the car wash exit. Picture this: I run my van through the car wash, and IMMEDIATELY on exiting the car wash, I have to go over several pothes, splashing the muddy water in them on my clean van. The potholes are also quite deep and could potentially damage a vehicle. Please fix the pot holes. A quick simple fix would be to use the round stones that are present throughout the parking lot including right outside the car wash exit to fill in the holes.Service: Vacuuming
I have the unlimited monthly plan, which is very affordable, and it's nice to have my car always clean inside and out.
I went through the automatic wash and it was the best car wash I've ever had besides doing it myself. Not a spot missed!
