Currently allowing one person in at a time...you wait outside for your time to enter...still delicious gelato, water iced flavors are limited but still good variety to choose from...I enjoyed my interactions with the friendly staff...highly recommend visiting if in the area!!!!
Love Rita's. Many flavors to enjoy on a hot day.
Quality has gone down and prices have gone up. No longer worth a trip with the family. Too costly to enjoy

All of the sizes of custard seem the exact same.
Rita's is a bit pricey for my taste, but the service was excellent. The lights went off several times while we were there due to a terrible storm. The girls who were there were very professional throughout the ordeal. And, they had the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a public establishment.
Very nice n clean. The employees n owner have always been very nice to me.
Concrete expensive for portion size. Plenty of add ins though.
Was okay. New store experiencing new store issues, but same old Rita's. They'll get up to speed soon enough.
