Rita's Italian Ice

Great place for Italian ice and always good taste! Service was alright could have have greeted and talked more. Portioning needs some work. Overall still a nice location to stop in.

Yummy Italian ice and frozen custard!

This dude is insane, no one serves up ice cream like my boy Mike Johnson aka the white MJ. Mike deserves pay raise today. I would’ve given it a better star rating but it doesn’t let me. Mike deserves employee of the year!!

The worse Rita’s customer service I have ever had in my life. I drove 45 minuets to the Rita’s in Eagan buy ice cream because my family loves Rita’s Ice cream, but we are planning to never come back.

There was earwax in my ice and this lady wouldn’t give me a sample and rejected the cash even though cash and credit card have the same germs this was not a good experience and they only had six flavors

Amazing desserts, but staff didn't wear masks..
