Rita's Italian Ice

Delicious!!! With great service! My daughter got Cotton Candy and it was yummy! I followed them and for the free kids cup of Island Fusion and it was really yummy too!

Strawberry ice cream? No, we only have chocolate and vanilla. Strawberry is only available as *ice*, not ice cream. Hot fudge? No, we are out of it. How about caramel? Wet walnut? No, we don't have it either. How about peanuts? I ordered a large but why it's a regular on the receipt? OK we'll make the large but won't charge you again. It's a prime location, but quality is sub par and half of the ingredients are out of stock.

I really wanted to like this place but I must be honest when making my reviews. I had no problem with the service staff I thought they did their job well, however the food left something to be desired. I ordered two small Sundays and was surprised by the high prices that the quality did not live up to $17. My son and I both sat down to eat them only to be thoroughly disgusted by the taste which I could equate to the mix of ice cream and manure. Needless to say I was not a fan of Rita's and will probably not be a patron anytime soon.

Green apple Large Italian Ice. While walking in Baltimore inner harbor, get one for cool down. It said with real fruits. Citrus and sweet slush style. Maybe pricy in downtown area, but great taste.

Ice cream was good, but not worth the ridiculous price. 5 dollars just for a "waffle" bowl, and no that doesn't include the ice cream. 10 dollars for a bowl shaped sugar cone and run of the mill custard is a little ridiculous. Only reason for 2 stars was the staff... Otherwise you might as well get a sundae from McDonald's.

Awesome flavors. Mango is the best! There was only one guy working the stand, but Cristion did a great job getting everybody's order correct and swiftly, considering he was solo. Make sure you tip him well when you go!

It took about 10 minutes to get soft serve once I was waited on. I have no idea what could have taken so long. Received the wrong size. I'd also asked for caramel and it had like 1 ml of caramel on it.

Its not worth it to get drinks here since you can probably get a cheaper version at 7/11. However if you're taking a walk at the Harbor and need a cool drink on a hot day asap, then might as well get some of that flavored ice.
