Cute little walk up Rita's! There's a bit of parking behind the store and on the street, but don't expect a crazy amount give the limited space. The ice flavors as usual were on point, and the service friendly.Food: 5/5
Had the best experience here! We placed a group Door Dash order for all of us at work. They absolutely nailed it! Order was perfect, nothing was melted or messy. They even understood my love for rainbow sprinkles which no one ever does. 10/10 love these peopleFood: 5/5
The younger folks running the place do a great job. They’re always very friendly and allow samples. The line gets long but they move it quickly. My favorite is a mix of wild black cherry and lemon.Food: 5/5
everything was perfect! I ordered a gelati which is custard vanilla ice cream with italian ice I paired it with lemon ice and cherry ice which had pieces of cherry in it . It was a minute wait because the girls were cleaning the ice cream machine but it was not for long . I have not had this in a long time and it was still delicious.Food: 5/5
I had ordered strawberry shortcake ice cream from here and I found a peanut in my ice cream and I am allergic. I had an allergic reaction. You guys need to be mindful of people with allergies.Food: 2/5
I wanted to take the time to just say the manager Lucy and the staff are very patient and helpful. I had a dispute for a transaction for 50$ which I believed was from this location. Turns out the location I went to wasn’t even this store and the dispute was actually totally incorrect because my cc picked up a Rita’s location NEXT to where I actually went, a Greek restaurant next to them. I coincidentally went to a different Rita’s so I didn’t realize this wasn’t actually that transaction anyway it took a lot of dedication from Lucy to even figure this out, she went above and beyond.

Super good! I usually get a piña colada or Swedish Fish gelati with frozen vanilla custard swirled in the middle & on top. Very quick service and the staff is always so nice and accommodating. I’ll definitely be back for that new peach ring special that’s temporarily on the menu. This place is too good to pass up.
My trip to Rita's was the best foodservice experience I have ever witnessed, thanks to my server, Isabella. She was extremely welcoming on top of serving my order so fast and nicely
