I’m not a fan of the new location but this Rita’s Italian Ice spot is very nice. Lots of newer business opening on Blackwood Clementon Rd and they could have it rebuilt in the old location. Maybe it’s the new equipment but custard came out perfect and water ice is actually frozen and not melted. Employee were very kind. My daughter couldn’t decide between flavor and she offer to let her tried a few. Ultimately she went with the Swedish fish. It’s nice with the addition of drive up and nice outdoor seating. Plenty of parking as well. Always a great for summer outing to take little one to Rita and cool down.
I am a HUGE fan of Rita's and they've opened a brand new DRIVE-THRU with outdoor seating, plenty of parking, and easy access. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Also, their mobile app has great rewards!!
Very clean, with a nice outdoor eating area with umbrellas tables and chairs. Service was excellent, very professional and friendly. Mango Italian Ice is very good. Took home 4 quarts..Food: 5/5

this new rita's location with a drive-thru is really a perfect addition to the area. the staff at this rita's is providing great customer service. they have a nice selection to choose from but in the first weeks of opening they had strawberry custard which is missed as I haven't seen it offered in awhile
Was completely put off by the tall shift manager being extremely rude to the other employees at this location. I don’t know if any other Rita’s in the area have a drive-thru window, but I would imagine that it doesn’t have all of the industry standard and optimized PoS or if Rita’s has had sufficient training for new or returning employees. The manager should have a little more empathy for her team as watching this poor behavior made me feel uncomfortable as a customer.
Worst Rita’s ever!!! Everytime I pull up unless the Great Value ice spice is working I instantly regret it. Most of the time I will leave and I’ll travel to the Pine Hill Rita’s. It Baffles me Because Pine Hill will have 2 workers and Be zipping through customers while this location has 4-9 ppl and the wait time is crazy.
I love their new location. It has a drive thru and ample parking. Rita's is one of my favorite cold treats any time of year.
