Rite Aid

Very unprofessional staff and poor customer service. They require you to have an rewards account to pay their advertised price and when you ask any employee for ANYTHING they get angry with you. You could do much better when selecting a pharmacy.

I had my doctor write me a prescription a day early so I would be able to have as I am going out of town. They can only fill every 30 days. I came in 29 days before and will now be without my medication for at least a few days.

This is an excellent pharmacy conveniently located near the major convention center in downtown Salt Lake City. I was stunned by the cleanliness and sleek store layout! I came in for a few necessities on a business trip, such as liquid foundation, allergy medicine and a greeting card. The customer service is efficient as friendly. Because of my former role as a nonprofit fundraiser, I've visited dozens of Rite Aid locations for stewardship purposes. This is one of the cleanest, most modern pharmacies I've seen!

I love RiteAids and wish we had them in Houston. I am never disappointed in selection, prices, or staff. My visit to this location was no exception. The cashier helped me find iphone ear buds that were behind the counter. He carefully read the boxes to be sure they were compatible and even gave me the RiteAid cardholder discount even though I am not a cardholder. Great place!
