We bought this jug and it was broken,I went back to exchange it the cashier told me that I broke it, it was wrapped in plastic and it was allready broken. Very rude,we live a block away but will never go back here. UPDATE:I went to the Rite Aid on church lane, the lady here was such a nice woman,She exchanged it right away…
This place is much better than other rite aid locations I have visited so far. Newly renovated interior looks nice and spacious with more organized merchandise which makes easy to find your stuff. This store is open till 10:00 pm which is little inconvenient for some people but you will get used to it if you live in the neighborhood. There is a Amazon locker where you can collect your Amazon orders which I find very convenient as sometimes items get lost in a residential address. Now a days I frequently use these Amazon locker services for Amazon shopping! Photo services do not work all the time, actually it depends on the staff’s mood! Sometimes they just say it’s not working and you have nothing to do! But I can manage with that. Rest is good
The new Manager never allows me to use the Bathroom. The foreigners seem very rude...even buying something to try to feel comfortable in the store...to find that it was expired.... Just horrible
Take your prescription and expect to wait and after the wait prepare to wait again. Had to ask if it was ready 3 times smh
I’ve always had pretty good experiences at this RiteAid I would definitely come back and I would recommend this place to anyone. For the most part they always have the items that I need and it’s always pretty nice and organized here too and the cashiers are also nice too.
It was okay I came in for what I went for and purchased and left. The air was not working and the workers look totally bummed out I was hot when I went in and sweating when I came out I was only in there for 5 minutes. I know there was a heat wave but something has to be done there for the air employees and customers definitely don't need to be subjected to that.
I came to this location yesterday, I spoke to cashier very politely, but I was denied service. I came to load cash card. But instead was turned away, cashier informed me this Rite Aid location. Does not allow, I'm guessing non- preferable customers to load cash cards. And I should go to an location that fits me, I'm guessing my appearance. I could not believe it
Unlike CVS and other locations at this particular Rite Aid they will only offer COVID tests if you are in a car drive-thru. If you do not own a vehicle like myself you will not be able to test here. CVS is much better and you will get your results alot faster. For me CVS is far but clearly its the better option.
I usually avoid going into Rite Aid unless it’s a last resort but I needed quarters. I went to the chase bank a few doors down and they didn’t have any so I thought it wouldn’t be a problem if I stopped in Rite Aid. The cashier Fahima told me that I had to buy something to get quarters, which is a blatant lie, even though I already had two five dollar bills. I’ve worked in retail previously and I know that there’s a button on the register that opens it. Also after buying something small at the register, I gave her the two fives to get change she put my change on the counter. I found that incredibly rude, if someone hands you money in your hand you’re supposed to hand them their change back in their hand, not on the counter. She needs to be retrained immediately. I wasn’t going to write a review but this is the second or third time I’ve come across her and something needs to be done about her. Also a while back I purchased something’s and she refused to honor the price of a lipstick that her coworker told me was one price and it was higher when she scanned it. The cashier is supposed to honor the price if something is in the wrong spot.
The store was neat and well lit. The store was well stocked.
