Store is usually clean and shelves fully stocked...close to home and convenient to get too

because of covid 19they are out of a lot of stuff.

The Pharmacy department has some of rudest personnel, that I've ever encountered. From the pharmacist on down to the clerks. I think I'll take my scripts to Meijers. They're rude there too, but at least they don't screw up your prescriptions.

I asked a simple question, they lie without checking first. I really dislike liars.

The best time to go is at night. No long lines or wait time. The staff behind the counter was helpful and courteous. The store looks good since the remodeling.

The Rite Aid sent me a message that my prescription was ready I called a Pharmacy attendent answered warm welcome from Harper Pharmacy Associate an I came in and was served welcoming an fast. Best service at a Detrpit City Pharmacy in a while!
