The pharmacist Romeo is a rude and condescending pharmacist. He doesn’t like to answer questions when asked for advice. He always answers he doesn’t know and doesn’t bother to help. I hope management can see this post. He needs to learn how to do his job. By doing the bare minimum he deprives his customers of good care.
I went to this location two days ago and the cashier Rosalva and the manager on duty were super helpful! they save me the time driving around looking for the items I needed. They called the other location on Milliken to hold the items for me. Super helpful for a busy bride!
Best pharmacy in town. Great team and associates.
Very very nice staff and the store is always well stocked.
Store staff is not trained professionally. They lack how to treat a customer fairly. My incident happened yesterday there was two Clerks a female in a male when I got up to my clerk the lady see bring up my two bottles of aspirin and that's all I had to purchase she tells me the price then the mail clerk comes over and tells her there's an older lady that's returning something without a receipt my clerk walks away does not say I'll be right back Excuse me while I handle this or does not complete the transaction that way I can get out of there and she can go help him with his problem. But now it takes two of them to figure out what the heck's going on with his lady bringing back something without a receipt. So the mail clerk comes over his name is Chris I find out and I tell him that the girls should have finished my transaction or apologize and excuse yourself to deal with the other lady returning the product Chris made an excuse saying she was new and I told him that's not good excuse that's bad training Chris did not apologize therefore he has bad training so if you want to get screwed over and feel that you don't matter keep shopping at this Rite Aid because Chris and his other colleagues don't care I would not shop here again I can spend my money somewhere else CVS Walgreens my money is green. I would not shop at this location of Rite Aid at all don't take the chance to be treated as a nobody!!
I never thought I would leave a Rite Aid in tears. I went to their pharmacy yesterday and was told my prescription was not ready till tommarow and they need to put in a PA so I could get my birth control every 21 days instead of 28. Fine by me. I mean I dont understand why all of a sudden I'm having problems with this prescription it has been active for almost 4 months, but hey life goes on. I go today to pick it up. ** normally I wouldnt mention this but i have a speech impediment** I was continously talked over, when I asked about the PA he said call insurance, I asked if he put one in. He said call insurance. I told him I needed to know if Rite Aid put one in. He continued to talk over me and just tell me to call insurance. I asked what the big fuss was about yesterday. He told me I need to call the insurance. His voice continued to raise and told me just to come back in 3 weeks for a refill. I had never felt such embarrassment and disrespect. Incase it is not common knowledge people with speech impediments are not mental handicap or disabled.
Had to get my first dose. Bishoy did it. He was awesome, didn't feel a thing. RiteAid should give Bishoy a raise!
The staff at the pharmacy are the best when it comes to customer service! Extremely helpful and courteous. Genuinely nice people.
The guy who runs the pharmacy is terrible. Poorly ran with a bad attitude. Business will be taken elsewhere.
This store has no AC and is located in the Inland empire... sad .
