Rite Aid

The store itself is awesome but a woman in the pharmacy was so rude, I couldn't even finish my sentence before she cut me off. I tried explaining the situation and she did not want to hear it. Very rude, this happened today at 1:20pm..

Good for ice cream and tried to make it a quick stop but it took a large amount of time for me to purchase one item. The cashiers seemed like they had very low moral. Overall this place has no liveliness to it or even smiles.

What is the reason you require my I.D to buy cough medicine for my 6 year old??? Extremely rude staff at this location. If it wasn’t because my son was in need of this medicine I would have walked right out of this store. Shame on this place.

Went to Rite Aid for some ice cream and I was standing in line, nobody else was in line and no associate came to assist me. I understand they were busy, but how long does it take to scoop some ice cream and send me on my way. I wont be coming to this location again.

Waited for over an hour for my vaccine. What is the point of making an appointment?!!! I could've waited at work. Very dissapointed
