I realize everyone is short staffed but there is no excuse to never answer the phone. I have been unable to reach the store and pharmacy for 4 days straight. My doctor called in a blood pressure med on 10/11. It's now 10/16 and still no prescription? They have shorted my husbands meds multiple times but never tell me. They just did so again. I opened the bottle and see they only gave me 48 of 90. If you don't have the prescription in full, just tell me and give me an opportunity to wait until you do. I'm talking about heart meds for both of us so they are pretty important. Maybe leaving this feedback will get someone to reach out to me for resolution or I'll take my prescriptions elsewhere.
The pharmacy is always short staffed, long lines and now they are out of certain medicines. I am trying to call the pharmacy right now to have a prescription refilled and the line goes to a busy signal. A couple weeks ago they were out of a medicine for my wife and suggested we drive to downtown Portland Rite Aid to get it filled, ya no thanks we're not driving to that cesspool. Walgreens across the street from Rite Aid filled her order. We will be switching all of our prescriptions over to Walgreens. Update....been on hold for 20 minutes
I feel like this place is holding my prescriptions hostage! No one answers the phone at the pharmacy! I've been trying to get a hold of this place for two days now. Spoke to Nancy, via the regular store number and she tried paging the pharmacy twice and still no answer. I get that so many places are understaffed, but when it comes to people's health...it's just egregious, unethical and seriously feels illegal somehow. Nancy also told me to just come in and stand there, because they can't just ignore someone standing directly in front of them...who has time to stand there for two hours? And YES they do just ignore you and take the phone off the hook.
The pharmacy is poorly run. My husband called in his prescriptions, and was told they would be ready the next day. Knowing how completely slow this pharmacy is, he waited for over 2 days before going to pick up his prescriptions. Guess what? His meds were still not ready 2 days later! He was told his meds would definitely be ready by 2pm the next day. I went to the pharmacy the next day at 7pm, and ONE OF THE MEDS WAS STILL NOT FILLED. I had to wait for it to be finished! The staff needs to spend less time socializing and actually get the job done. It does not take that long to put 30 pills in a bottle. Inexcusable!
Insurance dropped Kroger, so I tried RiteAid for prescripts. 5 days of calling with nonuodate & retarting order each time, web/mbl app never showed order. Then on 5th day, RiteAid refilled ALL prescripts on file instead just the one I requested. No drive-thru. Line wrapped halfway thru store. Pharmacist was not empathic to my concern on the repeated issues. Best we just move on to new pharmacy.
Pharmacy based only…. The rudest, non caring, crock wearing pharmacist I have ever witnessed in my life to a customer as I was in there. I will never go back again after watching their entire interaction. Absolutely appalled. No wonder the rating is so low.
I have been filling my prescriptions with this location for years with no problems but over the last year they have gone down hill! I can’t get anyone to answer the phone, my prescriptions are Never ready when promised I’ll wait a day past the day it woul be ready and they had not even filled it! They discuss your medical information very loud so everyone can hear! I guess they don’t know HIPA laws!
Worst pharmacy I've ever had to use. Rude not informational, not knowledgeable of how prescriptions interact with others. I truly almost overdosed because of this pharmacy so just be aware of them not caring for the patients that gi through them.
It is absolutely not ok that I can never reach anyone on the phone. I get that pharmacies are understaffed, but not being able to speak to someone makes it incredibly difficult to use this pharmacy. I will be switching to a different pharmacy.
I have never not had a problem with a prescription, its never filled ever, I always need to call the pharmacy then my doctor cause whatever system they have set up to receive prescriptions has ****ing issues. This has wasted countless hours over the course of 2 years. Switching pharmacy next time I talk to my doctor.
