Lost a prescription and then pretended they never had it, wouldn't even look for it even though it was there the entire time. Horrible customer service, extremely rude people who don't want to do their jobs. They also never pick up their phones and have problems with handicap accessibility.

I called on numerous times about something that was advertised for the Walgreens on Rhode Island. The associate gave me wrong information and then tried to tell me that I had the information wrong. Then whenever I asked to speak to the manager the associate hung up on me. Great store but very bad customer service.
