I lived here for one year and I had a great experience. Everyone was very attentive. All the front desk staff and people from the management team as well. I had some communications with the new manager, Chris, he was very professional and listened to my concerns. I had a studio with amazing view of downtown Philly. Maintenance was quick to respond. I didn't have any unwanted visitors such as mice or cockroaches. I enjoyed its location, close to everything.Walking distance to trader's Joe's and there is a convenience store just a block away. Amazing location for someone who is active or someone who has a dog. This building is really pet friendly. I am sadly moving out of state. Otherwise, I would have stayed at the Claridge. Highly recommended to live here :

My first time in this apt. building, to visit a colleague. I had to register in the lobby. The building was quiet as was her apartment. Appears to be older than the high-rise Rittenhouse apartment building which is farther south on the same street.

My problem was not resolved.  Repairing ceiling damage from upstairs air conditioner is a three step process.  Step one was completed but the maintenance did not come back, as they said they would ....so it is not a finished job-  I am sure it will be taken care of as I made them aware of oversight.

Jonathan is the best.  He is always super helpful.  Love the whole RC Maintenance team.

Maintenance is excellent! Prompt, courteous person at my door, someone who knows what to do and does it on the spot or after consulting. Much appreciated.

I would have benefited from better instructions about how to find laundry and garbage rooms. Explained on tour but need to review in my opinion

We recently toured the Rittenhouse Claridge and was totally disappointed in the condition of the Studio apartments they have for rent. The apartments did not look like any of the photos they post on line and advertise. Tiny , outdated apartments for outrageous prices! I do not understand why the apartment building has such great reviews. Beware of the "Classic" apartment choice.

If you have ever owned a house and had a plumbing problem and called for help it might take days.  Not at Claridge.  My bathroom sink was clogged - it was a minor problem but I could not correct it by myself.  I put in a maintenance request and within one hour it had been resolved professionally and with ease by a caring staff member.  I love the attention the Claridge, and its staff provides me.

Maintenance here is always perfect they're here quickly courteous friendly and they solve the problem immediately always the best

I couldn't have asked for a better experience than living at the Claridge. The front desk receptionists, maintenance team, security staff and doormen are huge bright spots in my day and have made living here THE BEST. The superintendent, Dominic, has been the biggest blessing in my move to Philly and is such an asset to the Claridge team and to the building as a whole. I know if I ever need ANYTHING that I have someone to call and there is nothing more valuable than finding that in an apartment complex.
