River City Church

When I moved to Fargo I was eager to become a part of River City Church. There I have been taught well, cared for, grown, and heard. This is a place where new people are welcomed. Also where I have had the experience of feeling valued as a part of the church as a woman. I appreciate and agree with the emphasis River City puts on the Bible as true and also the weight and trust given to the work of Christ. I would recommend this church to anyone interested in growing in their love for, knowledge of, or service to the Lord. What takes place at River City does not stay on Sunday. It is life changing and moves, the way it should, from the church on Sunday into homes throughout the week and outward to the community.

A great church filled with people that love Jesus! I have been going to River City for close to four years and have loved it since my first time attending. Great biblical teaching and the relationships that you build with people are very special!

This church is Biblically based. It is what the church was created to be: Getting out into the community and sharing the love of Jesus Christ with others. It is a great example of the New Testament church!

River City Church exists to make disciples of Jesus who make disciples of Jesus. It does this by gathering together for Sunday morning worship and by gathering together in Missional Communities. Sunday morning worship centers on the Christ-Centered preaching of the Word of God, while the Missional Communities focus on living the Word in life-on-life community through sermon based discussion and through a lifestyle of missions. I highly recommend River City Church to anyone who wants to grow closer to Christ and lead people closer to Christ through community.

Gospel-centrality: in the preaching, in the programs, in the community, in the music, and in the relationships. Since my first time at River City, I've experienced a strong focus on the gospel, that has greatly grown my relationship with God. Filling out paperwork to become a member very soon!
