River Oaks Christmas Lights

The houses here are full of holiday decorations. Every year this is the place to come if you want to feel the merriness. The traffic is bad recommend to park at the side of the road and take a walk with a lot of pictures!

My baby and I walked through the neighborhood to see the lights and he loved them! I enjoy visiting during the holidays & at night you can just feel the fresh air and peaceful energy. Happy holidays!!! <3

Some houses was gorgeous!!! Some didn’t have no lights. Only thing is traffic is horrible & a few crazy drivers. Online it says you can’t park on the side in the neighborhood & it’s signs posted but a lot of ppl still did park on the side. Not a big deal but it’ll be nice if it was an area to actually park for the people that would rather walk that way it’ll be more space for people driving around. It’s free tho so enjoy!

The Best neighborhood for exterior home Christmas light decorations. I take my family every year to see Christmas lights and decorations at this historic HTown neighborhood.

Awesome lights display!!! Way above average. But SOOO many other vehicles looking at lights with us. They need some police to help with the traffic. But the lights themselves were REALLY good!!!

This is a FREE drive by neighborhood Christmas light event. I’m grateful to all who’ve taken part to light up our lives with this act of service in their front yards. I reserved a star so more of the ROD community will partake with their neighbors in the years to come. I miss my childhood days when everyone had lights up, even just a little.

Want to have a stressful Christmas? Have yourself a joyfull drive in bumper to bumper traffic! Nothing sounds like Christmas magic like someone blowing a red light and then almost slamming into you. Lights were amazing, but the traffic made it unbearable!

It was my first time with some seniors awesome experience unbelievable each and every house was different from each other. We planned to go this year again for sure.

We had a wonderful time showing our granddaughter, the beautiful whites of River Oaks. We enjoyed it so much last year that we will be going again this year.

It was a sweet experience. I'm semi new to Texas and is very nice to see people decorate their homes with lights
