Old run down AC and really old windows means zero sound proof and your neighbors AC will keep you up all night. Studios are 375 sq ft super small but charge $3500 + $250/month of required building fee, so $3750. Really bad cell signal. Next to FDR really loud street noise.
The entire building was remodeled and the staff is great. The elevators are slow sometimes, but the overall rating is great
There is no maintenance on this building, frequent problems with water, heat, air conditioning and elevators; sloppy construction. Super great concierge and door attendants.
Live here and it is a great place to live. But staff are grumpy and unhelpful. And the washing machines are always out of order!
Great apartments, lovely doormen, amazon bff views
