River View Diner

I stopped here to get some lunch with a friend on a Saturday afternoon. The place was not too busy. They have a good portion size and the service was good. I got the cuban panini which was nice. My friend got the Irish coffee with the chicken croissant sandwich. The sandwich came with a side of zucchini fries. Overall a nice place with parking available.

Took our young grandsons. 1 of them dropped and broke his water glass. Staff was helpful and patient! Update: 1 more trip while in NJ to this awesome place. Food a ND staff are great. Meatloaf and egg salad sandwiches with French onion soup my favorite. Got pics this time.Food: 5/5

All around good experience!! We traveled to New Jersey and decided to stop for lunch. Hostess was very polite and friendly, waiters were prompt & accessible and you would see them before you attempt to get their attention. Food also was of good quality. And most importantly, before exiting I used the bathroom, and that’s were you know that they’re all good, It was sparkling clean! and a pleasant surprise. I meet the owner on my way out, very friendly and polite. Stop by and try for yourself, I am sure you won’t be disappointed.

8/8/23 - My family loves diners. When we drove past River View Diner, we knew a u-turn was about to happen. We ordered three burgers and an omelette which were all very good. The waitstaff was very attentive. Ample off-street parking. We will be back.Food: 5/5

My most favorite diner in the world. Two twin waitresses are awesome with conversation and humor. Great food and service at a good price.Food: 5/5

The food and service are good enough for a quick bit in the morning. 3% credit card fee is not what I expected. The cashier pointed out the sign on the cash register when I was checking out. Thanks for doing so but I was not informed about it when I came in. Nonetheless, I won’t come back.

Very good salad. The chicken was fresh and taste very good. I was pleased with the service and speed. 04/07/2023 I FINALLY returned to visit Riverview Diner One of my favorite Diners in New Jersey! Friendly staff, wonderful service I had a delicious chocolate egg cream The fries were fresh and delicious The pizza burger you can tell was delicious but be careful, the sauce goes everywhere. I sat by the desserts but you get a good amount of food so no need for dessert I can’t wait for my next trip here!

I'm down here from my 7th year anniversary.. We ended up stopping in here because it was close to our hotel and it had great reviews talking about the twins... This place is amazing, the atmosphere was great!! Staff was very attentive and the twins are just as the other reviewer described. Too funny! I would definitely return. Stay safe you guys and keep up the good work!!!

Talk about authentic diner energy! Love this family owned spot, the food was affordable and delish. The service was spectacular, it felt like our server just knew what we needed before we had the opportunity to ask. Awesome sauce!! From beginning to end. Great hospitality. Very welcoming. Would definitely return. My husband had the chicken and waffles. I had the French toast, bacon and scrambled eggs. The coffee was superb. If I can drink it black then you know it's good and I had two cups black... The twins as the other reviewer was talking about are awesome! Kelly was my waitress.,she was magnificent..Appreciate all of the attentiveness, Stay safe you guys we will be back
