Great neighborhood, very private, dead-end Street, lined with beautiful trees and mostly pre-war structures. Rivercourt's entrance garden is reminiscent of an English manor house.
The landlord of this building tried to switch our lease terms a few hours before signing the lease. When we informed the broker that this was not the deal they offered us previously and clarified several times, they didn’t even respond. Additionally, they misrepresent themselves on StreetEasy constantly.
Truly a delight to live here. I could not recommend this apartment building more highly.
