Could not be more disappointed! Seems like the minute UBS sold things went down hill. Orders come in wrong, new managment could care less, absolutely no follow through. If you don't case them for every answer, you won't get one. It's time to go somewhere else.
I have to agree with Fooman 45. Dealing with Riverhead has been a nightmare. From giving us the wrong materials, to not working with us on defective products and getting the run around for warranties. They definitely stick with contractors over consumers. And yes we have contacted multiple people at Riverhead to no avail.
