Relatively quiet/serene for the middle of a big city. Pretty clean and well kept too. Fun to watch NOT feed the ducks and geese.
Awesome social and dining area. A walk around the Lake is a blast!
I was just going for a walk on water front
I went kayaking and it was amazing. I had a blast.
My go to area each morning, afternoon, and evening for dog walking. Wonderful walk along the guest docks with benches at the end to enjoy the ambience of the Waterfront. The area along with the yacht harbor has some very good seafood, steak, and sushi restaurants. The Little River Cafe serves breakfast, salads, sandwiches, and has many ice cream flavors to choose from. In door and outdoor seating offered at all restaurants. Their are five paid parking lots in the area as well as paid street parking. Several good hotels within a couple blocks.
Great place. I am on a dragon boat team and this is where we store the boats and start and end our practices.
Usually passing through on a walk, but have enjoyed several of the restaurants here. Several areas where you can sit and watch the river, which may include Dragon Boat practice/races. The marina is right next door to where the Blues Fest is held so you can listen, but not see some of the music. Outdoor grill/bar in the summer. Public restroom at the far south end.
Great park and it's a long one as well! Walking along the river there are many great photo spots. Very well laid out park.
Nicely kept area. Out side Porta potty if you need. Lots of restaurants to walk too.
A great spot to take a break and get a bite to eat. Unfortunately anything that is open is only togo for another couple of weeks. I would bring a lunch and enjoy the view!
