Excerpted from my email to Rivers: As for the final product, your staff did an OUTSTANDING JOB. Your staff took the outcome of it being an excellent product as seriously as I do, and it showed it in their attention to detail. You also have a wonderful team to work with – their professionalism is above and beyond, and I sincerely could not have been more pleased. I have already recommended your agency to a colleague. I’m certain there were more people involved on the project than Sarah and Carrie so please extend my thanks and appreciation for a job extremely well done to all, but special thanks do go to those two and yourself for leading and carrying the project through to completion. Carrie did an outstanding job staying in contact with the online publication company to ensure continuity and completion of the work while keeping me well informed, and if possible, I’d give her a raise myself! Rivers is a cut above.

I tried for weeks to find someone to crate a graphic design for a unique wall decoration in my home. No one I contacted knew how to do it. Finally someone suggested I call Lauren Rivers at Rivers Agency. I was skeptical, but Lauren not only assured me she "got" my concept, but promised to execute to my satisfaction. The young designer she assigned to the project was a pro and reworked the design until she was sure I was happy. Lauren herself weighed in more than once, on the site, and in the end the project was perfection. Lauren is a great talent, a real pro, and cares deeply about satisfying her clients. What more could I ask for? Maybe a reasonable price, and I got that too!

We had an outstanding experience working with the Rivers Agency. They developed a long-term marketing plan for us, helped us determine the most effective media buys for a yearlong advertising program, and designed our materials. This is not the type of agency to force its ideas on you. Rather, they made our good ideas great and helped us discover creative new pathways to accomplish our objectives. Guided by the Rivers Agency, our organization effectively transitioned from an outdated approach based almost exclusively in print advertising to a targeted plan that effectively utilized digital media in concert with traditional methods. This was a significant step forward for us that we could not have taken without them as our partner. I particularly enjoyed working with the Rivers Agency on the strategic components of our advertising program. This is a group that really knows its stuff. They have a highly professional staff who are consistently kind and responsive yet possess the necessary gumption to advocate for their client's best interests. We're better for having worked with them.

I have worked with Lauren Rivers and her incredible team over the past ten years on projects ranging from full website development to small print pieces. The service, design and follow-through is incredible no matter what the project. I've tried many other firms and keep coming back to Rivers Agency. They simply don't produce anything that isn't top quality, they are incredibly responsive to the customer's needs and always deliver. I'd recommend them for any project of any scale.
