Riverside At Rockwater

Love the location! The office staff does a great job at getting to know each individual resident and even their pets! Just minutes from downtown but far enough away from traffic so the property is very quiet. If you're looking for a community rather than just an apartment complex, this is the place to go!

Couldn't have picked a better place! The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and great amenities. I so enjoy using my phone app to turn up heat, as heading home from work, as well as unlock the door walking up the stairs. I have a great view of the river, so well worth being on the 3rd floor. I'm 10 minutes from camp. Definitely recommend living here!

After being a resident at this complex for over three years I would recommend looking elsewhere. New management has taken over and communication is very poor. Information is not relayed through offices and despite the cost of monthly expenses it seems as though no one cares to keep up on the unit throughout tenancy. Very bad wasp and ant problem, gates barely work, bad rodent problem and lots of vehicle break-ins. After such a long tenancy I am being charged for replacement of carpeting despite no proof of alleged damages. There is so much more that I could say. Please go somewhere that will actually appreciate you as a tenant and a person. In response to the new property manager : I have worked along side the regional manager and came to an agreement on move out costs at the end of April, against my better judgment. The terms of that agreement were not upheld by your property and the communication in your offices are an ongoing problem. I am continuously being told that there were pet damages but I have yet to receive any proof backing up those claims. My first year of residency was great but this property continues to go down hill. Please save yourself the troubles and look into your options when choosing an apartment home.

I've lived at Riverside for a month now and have nothing but positive things to say for Riverside. The office staff is very kind and hard working. The maintenance team keeps everything in great repair. The staff works hard to put on activity events and encourages everyone to come meet one another! Apartments are very comfortable and quiet and I've never even heard my neighbors. Never had a trouble with parking. Balcony is private and comfy. Riverside and the surrounding Rockwater area feel very safe and homey, which is a blessing in NLR. 10/10 to living here so far.

We love the Riverside at Rockwater apartments! All of the staff are very welcoming and do their very best to make sure all of our needs are met. They have lots of community events, which we love participating in! They have a pool and great dog park where they also hold events for our furry family members! They have made us feel safe, at home, and part of a community! It’s a great location for getting to work, going downtown, and accessing the River Trail! We have lived in many apartments over the years and this apartment complex is by far our favorite management and has great amenities! We cannot say enough great things!

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the new management at R @ R. I am on my 4th lease and was never treated like this by previous staff. This is the 2nd time during my time here that my bathroom ceiling is leaking to the point of being a small waterfall. This took 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO FIX LEAKING. In order to fix leak, a large hole was created in the ceiling. Hole which is open to the hot attic was NOT temporarily covered and has been open for 7 days. I called the office to voice a complaint and was told that it can be fixed only IF it’s dry. I then asked if my rent would be adjusted because any heating/cooling professional will tell you that it’s 100 degrees outside and the attic is sucking my air out and was told that we may be able to compare my utility bill month over month, but there are other factors involved in an increased utility bill including the fact that it is hotter outside. Not only have I never lived in an apartment where I dealt with flooding on the 3rd floor, I am unequivocally paying through utilities for this damage to the ceiling.

I moved here in August 2020, I have loved every minute of living here! The staff are amazing and the maintenance crew is incredible! Every request I have put in for maintenance has been completed within a few hours of submitting! They are extremely pet friendly and the dog park is huge! It's super close to the Arkansas River trail and 5-10 minutes from everything in downtown LR. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live!

Update: we lived here for 7 years. When we moved out in July 2021, the manager and office staff were just as kind, caring and accommodating as they were while we lived there. I am truly appreciate if the staff and still recommend these apartments. Have been at this complex for 5+ years. I have never had a negative experience. Office staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. Most important to me, they are a pet-friendly! They are so kind to the fur babies! I highly recommend living here!

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. First, the maintenance workers are amazing. I saw them outside every single day taking care of business, including picking up trash which seemed to be minor, since most residents seemed to be very mindful of their neighbors. Also, every maintenance request I ever made was handled quickly and professionally. I cannot reiterate enough how great those guys are! Second, the office staff is truly incredible. Any time I called them directly, it seemed like they knew exactly who I was and exactly who my amazing neighbors were. I felt a real sense of community there, even though I’m fairly introverted. This complex is a true gem in downtown NLR/LR. It’s close to everything, with easy access to the river and the river trail. It’s also actually quiet! I was fortunate enough to see a field from my balcony that provided views of deer, geese, and the occasional fox. I could go on and on. Thank you, Riverside, for a great experience!

I absolutely love this place! The office team is wonderful. It feels like a family here. One day I came home from work. I was asked to stop by the office. I was presented with a gift back for teacher appreciation week. It was awesome!!
