Riverside Pet Grooming

Alfie just loves Ashley. She does such a good job grooming him. He smells go good. He only has one eye and is treated with loving care.

We take all our dogs here. They are the best groomers in Riverside. I brought Wiley our minpin/scottish terrier to them & most who see her don't know she is a girl. When they were done, she was so beautiful & soft and I know she knew how pretty she looked! They are kind, gentle and very observant. 1st pic is After and 2nd is before. I would highly recommend them. I also love that they are open 7 days.

My poor dogs coat was in the worst shape. Moving from a new city, months went by where I couldn't take them. Found this place & I was so grateful. The staff was so gentle & fast considering how matted they were. My pets were so happy & so was I. Thank you to the amazing staff.

Two year customer. New groomer shaved my dog bald. Owner ignored my repeated calls and then treated me as though the incident was all my fault. The shop on Indiana needs training in customer service. I'm replying to your response. I am Signe Barnes. And, although I am not a customer I love Roxy and your customer Renee Brooks. And I saw what your shop did to Roxie and on the day it was done. She was butchered.!!! You're saying, it was non of your employees wishing to deal with Renee, but you told Renee you may be mistaking her with another customer. This is not your only complaint of dogs being butchered and customer's complaining of your rude employees. I just hope new customers will take the time and read all of your bad reviews. And I hope this review keeps them from going through what Renee went through. Also, right after the cut Roxie was diagnosed with bad allergies which cost Renee a lot of money. I will now be reporting you to the better business bureau and suggest you clean you clean house and your utensils.

We've had Paula come to our home with the mobile grooming van for over a year now for our long-haired cat, Spot. We have never been disappointed. He's not crazy about being groomed, although he eventually enjoys the attention, but he has his grumpy days and Paula can manage him quite well. His fur is never matted now, and he always looks cute. We highly recommend Paula and the mobile grooming van services.

Ashley is a very unprofessional groomer. They gave me a 10 AM appointment on a Sunday, then sends me a text message very early in the morning asking whether I can bring her. In the message, she did not leave her name. So I ignored the text since I didn’t know where it came from and whom to be brought. After one hour, Ashley called and asked whether I could bring my cat at 8. I told her I could manage 9 AM. On my way to the groomer, her tone changed on how she spoke with me because I was running a few minutes late. I told her I was almost there which I was …literally 1 minute away. Then I asked her, is that the way to speak to a client? She then threatened me not to come over if I wasn’t there in 10 minutes. That really annoyed me and then cancelled my appointment. This same person always acts bipolar. She’ll give you an appointment then the next time you show up, she’ll tell you, I didn’t schedule with you today. I’ve seen the pattern in her. Very unprofessional groomer. People should be careful how they deal with this person. Very disappointed!!

I am rewriting this review, since it appears my last negative review was erased. I had THE worst experience at this location 4 months ago. My dog was third in line in the morning and LAST to be ready finally at 5 pm. I know they absolutely forget about him and rushed in the last 30 minutes to chop him up. Imagine him staying in a pen all day without a potty break! They absolutely butchered his beautiful long Tibetan Terrier hair and shaved off his royal crown to a buzz cut. I was in tears for hours. It is four months later and most of the damage has finally grown out. He is at his reliable and consistent groomer today, getting the royal treatment after this fiasco grooming at Arlington Groomers. Warning to all. The quality here used to be perfection, but has lapsed now into paltry.

Paula is very good with cats. I am very happy with her. Great job!

I will take coco back for her next Grooming. I really like the job n she smells clean n beautiful n I didn't paid too much money, like others places, they did it a beautiful job with my coco. it was the first time at this place n really like it. N I'm so happy that I found, Riverside Pet Grooming. Love it!!

I have a 4 and a half pound Maltese. Was groomed choppy and uneven that I didn't really notice until we got home. And it cost $77 plus $5 tip. Sadie has been groomed perfect previously at other places so I know it's possible
