Amazing Staff. Friendly & they got me in 45 min early! Awesome care! PA's are very attentive too their patients needs.
Naomi Kehan PA. is a wonderful person, professional, kind and helpful. She deserves all the praise in the world. I have never been treated so kindly by anyone in the medical field. I'm currently at an alternative corrections facility and am used to being treated as a lesser human being. I was completely blown away at the compassion she showed for me. I want to thank her for being the person she is. I will never forget it for the rest of my life.
The only thing I really don't like about Riverstone is that the medical staff are always rotating and leaving. You have to keep staring over with someone new. Makes it hard to develop a relationship with your Dr. Everyone is nice here, though, and they care.
I have never had such a bad experience with a primary care provider. They refused to write a referral and instead pushed a program within the practice. It has taken roughly 5 weeks to get an rx and I'm still waiting. The most frustrating experience I've ever had.
I was the only Native American Indian there at the time. I did not feel or get discriminated because of my color and that was a big plus for me. Thank you for your services. God bless your.
I can’t say enough good things about how knowledgeable and caring the providers are at RiverStone Health. Dr. Ali Brock really listens and I respect the way she discusses things and helps me come to the best decisions for my situation.
The professionals at Riverstone found proof of my pre-diabetic status. They set up appointments for conferring with an RN and so I began my education about diabetes! Very helpful!
Once the Deering Clinic now Riverstone is a great facility for health and wellness. I've always been treated with respect by nurses and doctor.
Physicians using Google to diagnose, then refer you to a specialist. Seem to be nothing more than a door keeper. Just because they are a doctor doesn't mean they automatically know how to use Google better than the patients. Nice and friendly though.
They do pretty good. I've got horrible anxiety and the fact that the doctors are on a 2yr residency rotation is stressful for me but they take medicaid and that's all the insurance I have
