Terrible building maintenance staff. They are lazy, rude, and often leave you hanging. Other than that the building is great value for money, but the maintenance staff doesn't make it worth living here. If they change the building management team, it would be a great bargain.

A great place to live in the heart of Philly. Young professional crowd with a restaurant on first floor and many amenities.

When I think of condominiums I'm thinking upscale but river west shouldn't be using the word condominiums their nothing but efficiencies apartments

I'm buying a unit here.

Was There For A Meeting In One of Their Small Conference Rooms: Didn't really get to see much more than the main lobby and a smaller waiting area that serves the conference room. It's fine for informal meetings or smaller presentations.

Great location, lots of amenities, wonderful staff.
