Omg where do I start , this place was a complete nightmare. Man the staff are unprofessional & rude as ever . No one can heal there. They treated us like we were animals and as if we had a disease. Never send your family there. You better off sending them to jail. They only care about collecting MONEY!!!!

They said I didn't meet any criteria for help and they're so full of themselves that they will literally tell you on the phone We can't help you and hang up just hang up on you. I wouldn't wish anyone the experience of dealing with them

The only thing that was good about this place was the food.

I was a patient here a couple of years ago .. I’ve recently been incarcerated while pregnant ‍ I call them EVERYDAY to get my records for my case so I can stay in the clear for my CHILD but ALL they do is forward my call when they KNOW the people not gone answer smh THIS IS RIDICULOUS

My experience was amazing. The therapist and director are fantastic. I had a great experience in the outpatient group and lodge. The staff at the lodge was helpful in getting us to NA/AA groups and keeping the place safe. Susan, Eric, and Ms. Glenda were fantastic in helping me get into a sober living. I highly recommend this place.
