I have been working with a RIVIA mind clinical therapist for the past year. Wishing that time I have received excellent care. Aysylu has been attentive, providing me with tools to help with my healing work, and gives me the space to just be silent or talkative. I recommend RIVIA mind to family and friends, as I was recommended to them and have seen a great improvement in my life.

I’ve been receiving care through RIVIA Mind over the last few months and overall my experience has been great. My providers have been very attentive, accessible, and the scheduling process is straightforward. My only point of critical feedback would be that I wish they would expand their clinical staff to include even more BIPOC clinicians. I know it was really important to me that I found a provider who could understand my experience as a BIPOC and I know there will be others who feel the same.

I started working with rivia a year ago and I have enjoyed my experience thus far. The team made it easy to get me set up with a therapist with little wait time. Therapy is also very affordable with many insurances covered. I have recommended the practice to many people

Dr. Sophie Gloeckler, along with the RIVIA Mind team working my case, have completely changed my relationship to mental healthcare for the better! They're incredibly attuned, compassionate, and competent across the board, including navigating insurance and prescription challenges. Dr. Gloeckler developed a bespoke plan with me that includes lifestyle and mental model reframing in addition to medication, including only meds and doses that I feel comfortable with. I feel better than I ever have, even with my complex needs and changing life circumstances. I thought that when I hit my 40s I would just have to accept decline in key areas, especially as a uterus having person, but now I feel excited to experience healthy, wonderful decades ahead with the help of this incredible team! So grateful I contacted RIVIA Mind!

I can't recommend RIVIA enough to anyone. For the 5 years I have been seeking treatment, I have never experienced such a high level of care and professionalism by doctors as I have at RIVIA. The make me feel seen and heard and they never undermine what I am going through. They always ensure I will be fine after leaving every session and take their time to talk to me, which many practices do not do - but RIVIA has in my experience. The support and care of doctors have been tremendous, thank you RIVIA!

My experience with RIVIA Mind has been positive, and I say this as someone who engages with the mental health system with extreme caution and reservation. There is much that I disagree with on an ideological level about how mental health care is conceived of and delivered in this country, but personal misgivings aside, I have found the individual people and providers at RIVIA to be kind, reasonable, and as patient-centered as the system they are working within allows. They work with me to meet my needs. I feel believed and listened to. They are easy to communicate with and I don't need to jump through excessive hoops only the normal amount of hoops that exist for people seeking help. Not everyone will have the same experience depending on what their needs are, and I am very lucky and privileged to be able to afford, have access to AND receive quality care, but within the context of those caveats I would say that RIVIA provides quality care and I would recommend it.

My experience with the RIVIA Mind group so far has been fantastic. As someone who was hesitant to take the step to take time out for myself, it has been very reassuring to have a team that has made everything so seamless and easy thus far. I had my first meeting this week with one of their nurse practitioners, she was really easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable about starting this relationship. Highly recommend !

Having had a five different mental health prescription providers over the last five years, Rivia specifically Lelia has been far and the way the best. She is someone I trust explicitly, who I feel confident talking to even regarding the stuff I'm scared to say due to shame and stigmas and truly understands me. I have recommended Rivia to friends and they have reached out to me with gratitude for how great their experiences have been. Truly the best.
