Last February of this year I went on a wedding gown shopping with my parents. RK Bridal was my 3rd stop. I knew the style I wanted but it’s so difficult to find my size since I am a petite size woman. Nadine, the lady who assisted me, brought me 5 gowns to try on. She knew what to offer me in terms of the gown’s body contour, the fit, the style, the bust area and the flow of the train. I finally found that one gown she reserved for me last that even my mom and dad find it so lovely! The gown from Essence of Australia! It was so comfortable to wear. The fit was perfect like it was really made for me from the get-go. Thank you Nadine and RK Bridal for accommodating me. You even gave me a discounted price. Apart from that, the gown was delivered early too that I have enough time for the alterations with only its length since I am just about 5-feet tall.

This was my first bridal shop that I visited and I had no idea what I was going into, but Sheryl made my experience so unforgettable and seamless. She was so positive and warm and made it all about me, she had great suggestions and found a dress that ended up being my dream dress! I said yes on my first try and it was all because of how amazing she was and how she encouraged me to take my time and only pick what i want. The staff was also so welcoming and nice, the atmosphere was amazing!

Honestly, when we first got there, we were kinda turned off by the lady at the front desk, but we stood cause we came to see dresses n my family came down from PA, so we didn't have time to waste. I will say they gave us this cute t-shirt for the BRIDE TO BE that I had forgetting about, so it kinda changed the "odd" vibe.  We were appointed this really upbeat consultant ? which was a little nerve wracking at first but turned out to be an amazing experience. My niece who's the one getting married doesn't talk much and doesn't show much expression... SHERYL our lady of the day, lol was picking up on her vibe and was able to get my niece to the dress she really wanted without my niece saying to many words.  Sheryl, thank you so much for all your help.. You understood that she was simple and shy, you showed her the adjustments to help her see the possibilities of the dresses she tried on, you worked within the budget but still brought her beautiful options, you talked to her to get her to stand more confidently in her dress of the moment and you really fine tuned your senses to understand her wants and needs.  And... side note without saying too much WE my sister and I REALLY REALLY appreciated the extra care and advice you gave us about that GORGEOUS cathedral veil.. YOU WERE AMAZING to have helping us yesterday.  God bless u, from the bottom of our collective hearts.  Of course, my niece made a decision and said "YES TO THE DRESS" but I'm not putting a picture of her final choice, out of respect for my niece's wishes... but I will say that all the way home she talked about how she felt in the dress. She said she was comfortable in her dress and in making her final decision without feeling pressured. It gave us the best day ever.  Thank you so much

The most incredible bridal experience! I found my dream wedding dress during my first time dress shopping. They have a great variety in styles and affordability, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you feel beautiful and find the perfect dress! They were also amazing with alterations and it was a great fit.

Back in the beginning of April, 3 of my 4 bridesmaids ordered their dresses from RK Bridal, as they all live in the NYC area. My wedding is mid September this year. Their dresses came in over the last couple days. 2 of the 3 got dresses that were completely wrong. All 3 ordered chiffon dresses in the same color, but different styles per my request.  Bridesmaid E ordered a v-neck dress that has ruffles around the neckline. The dress that came in was a strapless chiffon dress. We  E and I, NOT the store determined that the style # for the dress she got was on the wrong sample. She didn't even try on any strapless dresses because she specifically wanted something with or close to having sleeves. She has a picture of the dress tag with the right dress but wrong style # on the tag. When she called the store, the person she spoke to at first denied that the store could ever make a mistake, then suggested that I the bride wrote the wrong style # down on the order slip because using computers to track things in the 21st century is hard. I said why would I write down the style #?! I don't work there! Finally, E had to call them back after they were "investigating" what happened and told her they could get the right dress in the store in 2 weeks, at which point, she told them, she will be out of state for her OWN wedding. They said that was fine. Not once was any attempt at an apology made.  Bridesmaid A also ordered a dress with ruffles around the neckline and it had a keyhole back. The dress that came in has a lace and sequin top. Again, she didn't try on anything that looked like this because it's not her style. On top of that, the material is itchy. When she looked back at her slip, the penmanship was terrible and someone completely wrote the wrong style # down. They told her there's nothing they can do and can't get the dress in on time, but offered her a measly $40 refund, and now she's stuck wearing it. She said she's ok with it, but the dress is a different look than what the other 3 girls are wearing.  DO NOT order bridesmaid dresses from here, unless you are willing to deal, with incompetence, poor customer service, unwillingness to admit when they make a mistake, and no regard for trying to adequately rectify the situation.  First 2 dresses are what came in, the 2 dresses on the bottom are the styles that were supposed to have been ordered. Not even close!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Natalie found my dream dress. They really walk you through the whole process and as you start knowing what style you like etc they are able to help you find that dream dress! Additionally, they are very transparent about pricing and their alterations team is very helpful and do amazing work!! Juan was great and treated me so wonderful! Would highly recommend!

This place is a 10/10! The service here was impeccable, the entire staff was very friendly and inviting and they have so many gowns to look at and try on. I have to give a BIG shout out to my consultant, Sheryl! She was absolutely amazing, she listened to what I wanted and understood my vision. She pulled about 5 or 6 gowns for me to try and honestly the first dress I tried on was THE ONE! I had other appointments at some of the other places in the city and Sheryl encouraged me to go and try other places just in case I find something, but jokingly said I would be back for this one. Well she was right, and I am over the moon with this gown. I came back to say yes to the dress and again the entire staff was so amazing and even managed to get me an appointment on short notice. I was lucky to get an appointment the next day in June this year with Cheryl! She was amazing to work with, I had no idea what I wanted- but she nailed it. Found me the perfect dress to order and ship to Canada for my Fall 2022 wedding. Cheryl- thank you- you nailed it for me!

Oh my gosh, I didn’t think I’d be one of those people who cried when they found “the one”, but I did. Lol my consultant was so respectful of my budget and took mental notes of what I liked and didn’t like, even on things I didn’t realize I was into.  The try ons felt super comfortable, I never felt rushed, and I really liked the fact that the store has an area where you can “walk down the aisle” to see how you look in all angles. I definitely felt pretty that day, and my bridal group and even the consultant herself were happy crying at the end. I absolutely recommend adding in this bridal shop for wedding dress shopping, it felt very personalized and overall an amazing experience.

I'm a bride "of a certain age" and wanted something simple and elegant. Because of the uncertainty of Covid, I went to RK only 2 1/2 months before our wedding so needed something that could be delivered in time for alterations. I also didn't have a huge budget. Consultant Cheryl understood the assignment and brought a variety of dresses. I ended up picking the very first dress I tried on. PS - Cheryl was amazing. Because of the timeline, RK wasn't able to do the alterations but they offered a list of suggested outside tailors. I chose Jenny in Manhattan and she was amazing. The only glitch was that RK assured me the dress would be in "no later than" a certain date, and with limited time, I made the tailor appointment accordingly. Well, the dress didn't come in by that date and RK had a hard time giving me an actual timeline, which was stressful. Maybe give an approximate delivery window than "no later than".  But all's well that ends well. The feedback on the big day has been... overwhelming. Over and over, our loved ones said that they'd never seen a dress like this, one of the most beautiful they've seen.
