This is what an RLC install looks like. Absolutely worthless company. Prepare to be left without AC for over a week in the summer and ignored when you call. Then get ready to replace what they installed due to their lousy work. Don’t walk, run from Rodolfo and his lousy crew.
Prompt service. Excellent communication. Professional and knowledgeable service provider -Chris was punctual, explained the issue in simple terms, thorough in his approach and customer oriented in solving the issue. Can’t ask for more. He came across as a happy and satisfied employee of the company and that reflects in his work.
I highly recommend our technician Rodolfo was honest and was able to resolve our issues. He wasn’t out here making up stuff to drive up the sales. I appreciate straight forward no games service. Its almost 90 and both my machines are running.
We are super thankful for the service we received today. Our heat had been out for the past three days but with the holidays we waited to contact our home warranty today the 2nd. Within 10 minutes of scheduling the service Lucy called to let me know a technician would be out within 15 minutes. The gentlemen showed up and fixed our issue quickly and our heat is working. Chris arrived at the expected time. He fixed our a/c unit quickly but effectively. He was also very patient in answering my questions. It’s evident that he knows what he is doing.
