Very unprofessional and incapable of answering any specific product questions. didn't know what they had in stock said that I had to visit the website. acted like every question was personally offending her. Hung up on me in the middle of my question. i couldn't believe how rude she was. nope i won't be visiting there anytime soon.

Revised review... Apparently anyone with Charter right now, only half of what they say can be heard, even though everything the other person is saying comes through crystal clear. I didnt even know it was happening until today. I can see by your response you didnt even get to hear half of what I was saying. Which explains the oddness. I'm sorry! Next time I need something I will try again.
