As wonderful as being an elementary school mom is, there are no longer mandatory head checks in our public schools. Unbeknownst to me my daughters brought home head lice and low and behold I got it too. Theresa was a life saver! I am a single mom and no one in my house is qualified to "clear my head". I talked to her via text message and she set me up with an appointment for the very next day! She was prompt and communicative as well as very thorough. She gave me great pointers for clearing my house of lice, where they live, how they survive, and how to keep my children lice free. Theresa was very thorough but not at all slow. She didn't drag the time on so that she could charge me more. She was genuinely efficient and worked with purpose. She clearly knew her products and knew which lice comb worked the best - she even stocks and sells them! I was super happy with her services, so much so that I volunteered to write her a review and recommend her to friends. Also, she is a state certified worker for DHS referrals and can work with your foster care caseworker if you have one.
Theresa was nothing short of an answer to prayer! After trying to rid my family of these pests myself with at-home treatments for several weeks I finally decided to get some expert help. She was extremely thorough, very professional and yet very easy to talk with. She was wonderful with my two young girls as well. No need to waste more time on at-home remedies that don’t do the job, just go see Theresa.
We saw Theresa today after battling lice off and on for months. Every time I thought I got rid of them they came back. I wish I had gone to see her sooner. Not only did she check the whole family, but she treated my daughter and I and educated us about lice and the many myths online. She’s incredibly friendly, and my kids were entertained during the time we spent there. She lets you know what cleaning process you need to follow, and while it wasn’t under the best of circumstances, I’m glad I met her today. If you find even one lice, go see Theresa. It’s worth it.
Theresa at RN Lice Removal is AMAZING. TOTALLY worth the cost which, BTW was very reasonable!. She was kind and helpful and informative and efficient. And knowing that we are lice free is such a relief! I HIGHLY recommend her! She was able to get us in quick and easy, treated both kids and did a free check for me and my husband. Seriously, if I could go back in time I would have called her right away!
Theresa was absolutey amazing with the whole family. Her knowledge about how take care of the situation properly and quickly was amazing! Not only was she so comfortable to be around, she makes your children comfortable about it as well. Tablets that are full of games/movies to distract while treating. Her prices were very affordable in comparison to competitors. She’s very detailed in her process and will answer any question you have involving you every step of the way. As well as checks back in with you the next day to make sure you’re happy. 100% would use again if needed in the future. Gave me a clear mind to cuddle my kid with worry. Thank you Theresa!
My mom & I came in confident we had lice. Theresa started combing through my hair & realized what we were seeing. She took the time to educate us & show how the difference between lice nits & what we were seeing. She explained we had pseudolice, a type of dandruff that looks like nits. She educated us & finished the comb through just to be sure. She was amazing and we are so glad we went to her!
I thought I was a lice expert after battling it 3 times with my children in a year. But this last time they caught it, nothing seemed to work. I used the lice free spray as I don't want to put toxic chemicals on my children's hair and it would kill the live lice but the eggsnits would end up hatching even though it says they die with treatment and the comb would go right over the nits so I was picking out nits by hand and it drove me crazy. After a week of battling and $80 spent on product- I said enough is enough and contacted Theresa. She was very knowledgeable about the pesty little things and knew exactly what she was doing. My daughter left lice free and I've been checking every 2 days since and she's still clean. I am very thankful for Theresa. She's such a kind, wonderful, sweet lady! You will have no regrets going to her.
Theresa was amazing at removing all the nits from my 5 year olds head! She was thorough and that gave me peace of mind! I will recommend this service over and over again! And the price wasn’t bad at all for what she does!! She even checked my head and made sure I didn’t have any, also showed me how to check my daughter hair when we got home.
My daughter had lice 3 times in 18 months, and I HIGHLY recommend hiring a professional to remove it all so you can get on with your life and not spend weeks worrying/treating/picking etc., only to risk it coming back because you didn't get it all. We had a wonderful experience with Teresa at RN Lice Removal. She is so kind and helpful and educates you on how to be rid of lice for good as well as try to avoid them in the future. This can be a shameful and embarrassing thing to have happen to your family, but Teresa is so caring and the whole process ended up being really enjoyable. When I was finished, I said, "While I hope to never see you again, I'm sad to never see you again." It really was fun to hang out with her. And she's great with kids! Her prices are similar to what you would pay for a few weeks of drugstore remedies which often don't work, so save yourself time and stress and just go straight to Teresa and be done with it in one day. I'm so glad we did!
