It was my first time at the store. Freddie helped me with everything, from the fit test to the knowledge of the right sneakers to put me in! He was very nice, well spoken and answered all my questions. Good guy! My gel Kayano 31 are super comfortable, lots of cushion. Thank you Freddie!

Sanai was such a great attendant. The store was busy and she was the only one available and she was calm, thorough, polite and handled the pressure of influx like a true professional. She also gave great advice which led to me purchasing 2 pair of shoes.

Paul was great to work with! He was attentive and knowledgeable in helping me and my spouse pick the right running shoes and molding custom inserts! As soon as I put the inserts into my shoes, it felt like my feet could finally relax and not work so hard. Will definitely be back!

We drove over an hour to visit this store to get new running sneakers and a couple of accessories and had a terrible experience. We kind of waited around and when asking for help we were met with a frustrated woman who seemed like she simply didn’t have time. There were maybe 2 other customers in the store so not understandably busy, just didn’t want to help. We promptly put our things back and left. We went to small business running store only 15 minutes away and had an excellent experience, employees were kind and knowledgeable.

The manager Briana is the best. So knowledgeable about all of the shoes for different types of feet. She is so patient as well. The whole team is great. You won’t go wrong purchasing sneakers here! In addition you will receive a discount on future pairs when you join their club. Well worth it.

I came in the store to get fitted for shoes and waited 40-50 minutes for an employee to finally greet and assist me. When I finally got service, it was a good experience and I was able to find the right sneakers for me. The staff needs to improve on greeting customers and making sure that they are being helped instead of ignoring them.

This is a great place and investing in the rewards program has definitely been worth it. I always have coupons and they keep all My purchases on file so if I am unsure of anything and want it again I just ask. The staff is very knowledgeable as well.

Went to another running store prior to coming here, this store seemed to be more knowledgable and actually had a different recommendation go a half size up vs going wide. Happy with my purchase and ran 4 miles this morning in them and felt good!

I need more starsto select for this store, and for MASON !! For several years now I've had issues with finding a comfortable pair of shoes, for my 40 hrs/wk job. I made my first visit because of TikTok and Nurse recommendations. Mason took it a step farther pun intended and gave me a full foot diagnostic to find the PERFECT pair! Rather you need shoes for work or sport, YOU MUST COME TO the Cherry Hill location!!
