Went to choose a floor style for our church's bathroom remodel project. The customer service rep was very helpful and answered all our questions.
On today, I spoke with Susanna around 8:40 am and sent photographs of my current tiles, since I am preparing to have my stand alone shower remodeled. I had to first ask for her name because she did not initially identify herself. It is now several hours later and I have not received any of the requested pictures of potential products. Very disappointing, I had always envision myself in purchasing my tile from there, instead of one of the other options.
Visited numerous places to select tile and countertops and received very little help or suggestions. The minute I stepped into Robert F. Henry Tile, it was a wonderful experience. Very professional and knowledgeable design staff. Great selection! They helped me pull my project together in no time! Dee Bentley was the designer that helped me. She is excellent!
The company is tremendous. Dee was a delightful designer. She had boundless great ideals for details that I had not considered. I would like to give 10 stars instead of 5!!
Assuming because of COVID-19 they are only accepting appointments. This is not advertised on the website when you Google hours. Yes I should've called first before driving 30 minutes out of my way. However they would not even make accomodations for a quick view of showroom. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Edited to add-- thank you to Robert F. Henry staff for reaching out, but I have taken my business elsewhere.
I've been all over town for a week. No help, no suggestions anywhere. Big box, nope. Wholesale distributors, nope. Walked in, talked to John. He listened. Then he made spot on suggestions and I was back to work within an hour of leaving. He saved my project and my sanity today. Note to self...always use this business for remodels.
Beautiful selection of tile. Wish they had at least a few comparable to Home Depot priced tiles. The guys in the back are super helpful if you’ve got questions
Out of all the tile suppliers in Tuscaloosa this is hands down the most organized and best selection anywhere in the county. I highly recommend checking this place out, they will take good care of you.
I went by here to get some supplies for installing ceramic tile. They have a good selection and knowledgeable staff working the contractors desk. I will be back.
