Robert Smith was hired in the middle of highly contested divorce trial against my ex-wife who herself is divorce attorney. Mr. Smith, not only took the reins in on the disastrous situation, but also turned the case around and has exposed the many untruths. He is by far, the best attorney I could have hired. His attention to important detail and ability to get to the facts during cross examination is second to none. I highly recommend Mr. Smith.

This attorney outright lied and sold stories to tabloids, made money off of my case, did not dispel any rumors that were created by the other side about me. He did not protect my legal interest. To this day, because of his lies greed and negligence, he started rumors and made me out to be awful person, I am not a terrible person. I never disclosed the very famous people in my family but he figured he would make up lies behind my back because my wealthy father's company was paying the bill. I fired Robert Smith immediately when I found out that he was misrepresenting my case he then went on to say he would continue the case without my permission. He then made up an elaborate story to continue receiving money, he and the side I was suing sold story to the then "News of the World" in London made an enormous amount of money, my family and I were stalked to this day, the false story he sold is on the internet and put me in a very negative light. I was an up and coming artist recorded at Paramount Amerycan Recording Studios with prominent music manager and soon to be record company. Robert Smith Attorney at law decided to support the other side and make up a story so they could both make a profit and make money and get publicity for themselves. It is a shame that Attorneys like him exist and are not barred for life from practicing law when they themselves break the law and do not follow the law accordingly.

Worked on my behalf 1,000 miles away... When my ex-wife moved to New York to begin divorce/custody proceedings I believed we were reconciling. When served with the papers I didn't know where to begin I live in Kentucky and had no contacts in New York. Mr. Smith was the individual I depended on to represent me. He treated myself and my family with kindness and integrity throughout the entire process. I believe that he did everything he could to limit the amount of travel and expense necessary for a lengthy custody battle in another state. By the end of the ordeal he seemed more like a relative than a lawyer, but make no mistake, he knows his way around a courtroom. Mr. Smith was spectacular in the examination portion of the family court proceedings. He is very good at making sure your narrative is told as well as dispelling lies and falsehoods from the other side through cross-examination and expert witnesses. Mr. Smith explained the process to myself and my family in a way that limited the amount of surprises we encountered along the way. He has a vast amount of experience and knowledge about the system and how it works. He uses these tools to navigate you through an inefficient court system all the while being honest with you about your chances for success. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and would use him again tomorrow if I needed to.
