I had a great experience working with my Robert Half recruiter. They were dedicated and worked hard to find the right fit for me. They were in touch before and after each interview. Even after I landed a new position, they followed up to make sure I was happy. I am thankful for their hard work and follow through along the way!
I worked with a Marcus Ross. Truly an exceptional recruiter in every sense of the word. Was expedient, communicative, and supportive through the whole process. Also, he got me an amazing job offer for my first full time job! Thank you Marcus and thank you Robert Half for the amazing opportunity!
This place is terrible. They send me roles all the time despite me removing myself from their mailing list from the website directly and emailing several of their recruiters directly, aggressively asking that they remove me from their distribution list. A year later, I am still receiving these emails. This agency is very PUSHY and "sales-y". They do not take NO for an answer and continue to harass you no matter how much you ask them to STOP SENDING YOU EMAILS. A message to the recruiters: stop soliciting! It damages your brand IMMENSELY. I feel sorry that you harass people so often as a way of making money. If you would have removed me from your mailing list the very first time I asked, maybe I wouldn't be leaving such a negative review about your company. It should not have gotten to this point.
I have worked with a number of recruitment firms over the past few years while advancing my career in the IT field, and for these past few years I have worked with and trusted one recruiter from this company wholeheartedly. His name is Justin, he has been realistic with expectations in terms of jobs that fit my skillset as a Network Engineer, and nudged me towards roles that will act as good stepping stones for me, and so far his efforts have been proven fruitful. He is communicative and helpful and responses from him as well as the account managers he collaborates with have been prompt, accurate, and beyond satisfactory. All in all, I could have just been lucky to have been paired up with a great recruiter, but if Justin is any indication of how this company is run, then it is being run correctly, and I would take the negative reviews on here with a grain of salt. If you don't like the recruiter you're working with, then there are others within the company, there may not always be favoravle openings for your field during certain times of the year, but this company has always proven to me that they have an extensive board of available jobs and companies that they work with to suit your needs, 5/5 would recommend to friends, family, and anyone who took the time to read this review.
I'm an IT professional working in the Cambridge area. In my experience RHT recruiters are not knowledgeable when it comes to tech fields. They don't know the difference between Java and JavaScript. Their recruiters will mislead employers about your qualifications and will deceive you about the jobs they have submitted you to just to line up as many interviews as possible with the hopes of making a commission. Worse of all, once they get your resume they will NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE. Expect calls during off-hours and daily email spam even if you communicate to them that you are not interested and request that they stop. All in all; working with RHT was a tremendous waste of my time and I would advise employers and job hopefuls to avoid this company and look elsewhere.
This place is a joke. Don't waste your time going through them to find a job. They bring you in just to get your name in their system for fictional jobs that don't even exist. I have years of administrative assistant experience however they have never called me for ANYthing. They are called "office" team you would think they have "office" jobs. I have no idea why I ever bothered with this place thinking they would actually help me find a job. Oh yeah and if you don't call them every minute of every day they forget about you and then when you ask why you weren't considered for a job that would be perfect for you they blame you and tell you you didn't show enough interest because you didn't call them enough. Things they always say: "well we don't have anything at this time but as soon as something comes up we will let you know." I have heard this so many times its laughable.
I was contacted by RHT via LinkedIn and they had me interviewing for several different positions with various companies very quickly. All of the opportunities I was presented with through RHT were interesting and an appropriate fit for my software engineering skill set. Through RHT I was placed in a great position with excellent compensation and benefits. I would definitely work with RHT in the future.
