Robert joined us on a food tour in NYC and took our engagement photos along the way. He truly captured the true us through candid photos while also capturing some great staged photos. We were able to access our images in a short amount of time and he even helped us retrieve some years later. You will have an outstanding experience with Robert!
Robert was everything we wanted in a photographer ie capture as many moments as you can, keep everything natural, nothing too posed - please just photograph our happiness! And he did just that. Robert, thank you so much for allowing us to relive the best day of our life just by flipping through your photos. With thanks, The Lynns.
Highly Recommended! – My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Robert London. The quality of his photography is outstanding, he is easy to work with, flexible and gets amazingly natural photos without any stiff or forced posing. Photos look as if they are right out of a magazine. He was able to get outstanding city shots. Unlike other studios who have a cookie cutter mentality with a large staff, you will deal with Robert personally from start to finish. Robert is top class, modern, contemporary, nothing cheesy here. Robert was personable, reliable and flexible with meeting times, created a package that met our budget and on top of it all he created an archival CD of ALL the photos taken on our wedding day more than 500. The archival CD is invaluable as we now have the option of being able to print any photo at any size any time we want. Choose Robert and you are guaranteed to have personal, high quality professional photos you will enjoy for a lifetime. It's everything I imagined. So much fun to relive the day through photos. I can't stop looking at our album. We get comment after comment about how the photos seem to jump off the page. I couldn't be more thrilled.
My wife and I were fortunate to have Robert London shoot our Brooklyn wedding. Robert is very knowledgeable and experienced, and he gave us great advice leading up to the event. At the wedding itself, he was a cool and collected presence, getting every shot that we asked for while remaining totally unobtrusive. We were so excited when we got our prints and our online album -- we had the chance to re-live the big day which passed in a bit of a blur the first time around. Robert is a master of capturing a story, and it's hard to imagine anyone doing a more professional job.
Bob is a magician with a camera. He shot our non-traditional rooftop reception from the afternoon through the evening and every single shot is beautiful! Our guests are happy and relaxed and more importantly WE were both happy and relaxed! Bob works the crowd subtly, so no one feels uncomfortable or awkward having their photo taken. His simple and very flattering lighting made everybody look great! Making us wish we had done some more traditional shots as well! Because of Bob London we have the MOST BEAUTIFUL memories of our very special day with our best friends and close families. Bob's work is really wonderful and his ability to 'capture a moment' many moments! even in a candid setting such as ours, was uncanny. I highly recommend Bob London, his range of packages give an option for every budget and he is truly a dream to work with - pleasant, talented and an all around outstanding professional
I highly recommend Robert! He's super easy to communicate with, very organized, and wow...the pictures! We have our annual nonprofit fundraiser at the same venue year after year. And, each year, we've never been super happy with the photos...until we hired Robert. The space is tricky and can be hard to get good shots, but Robert got us the best photos we had ever had in the space. We were so happy with them that we've hired him again for our 2020 gala!
Bob did a great job shooting our wedding 10 years ago! He was very easy to work with and made everyone in our photos look gorgeous. My favorite is our wedding book with magazine quality photos that still sits on my coffee table to this very day! Highly recommended to capture photos of your special day!
Our wedding was scheduled for the Saturday after 9/11 in Manhattan. In the chaos following that shocking, tragic day, we decided to proceed as planned but move the venue to the backyard of our Hudson Valley home. We cancelled almost every vendor in Manhattan and, on the fly, booked new ones in the Hudson Valley. It was crazy-insane putting together an entirely new wedding in a couple of days. Robert was game for sticking with us and making the drive to our Hudson Valley location. He made the most of the setting--a backyard we didn't have time to spruce and primp as much as we would have liked to, had we had more time, no great visual centerpieces such as the originally planned church alter would have afforded. He used lenses that focused on the people and made the backgrounds fade. He found angles that were the most dramatic. The shots were high quality and his demeanor toward his photo subjects was kind and calm at a time when our nerves were as frazzled as could be. His presence among a crowd of strangers throughout the wedding generally was as unobtrusive and low key as you would want from someone who wasn't from among your circle of family and close friends. And his communications and mailing of product were all done as professionally and promptly as anyone would ever want. All for a perfectly reasonable price. Years later, after gay marriage was legalized, we were surprised to receive a letter from him indicating that if we intended to have another wedding to recognize our legality, he would photograph it for free. Though we didn't take him up on this because we had already quietly repeated our vows in a government office location, we were deeply touched by the humanity and support his offer represented. Hire this guy for your event. He's talented professional and a real human being.
When I got married in Santa Fe, New Mexico, I had a great wedding. But, like most brides, I could not, afterwards remember a lot of it. Thanks to Robert London, I can. His photos of the wedding, and the hours before, and after are more than evocative of the moment. His photos captured the spirit of that day more than I could ever have imagined. His eye for the little, and most important moments, is incredible. For me anyway, it's not just about the wedding dress and the formal posed pictures. Those need to be there, but in the end, it's about the things you may not remember. They are called artists for a reason. The ability to see things you can't, or don't. His photos recorded that day...my family, me, and the feeling of the day. Thank you Robert for what you did.
I truly enjoyed my experience learning from Robert. He was patient and detailed. I learned a lot in just 2 hours! He asked what I was looking to take from my lesson and I'm so grateful that he individualized the lesson to pertain to only my needs. Robert is a very talented photographer. He is kind, thoughtful and full of information. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Robert for a lesson!
