Wow, what a great find. Where has this place been all my life. A repair staff that actually cares about your RV issues, has the experience and knowledge to accurately diagnose and estimate the RV repair or modification, and is pleasant to deal with. My travel trailers original axles, springs, tires, etc. were woefully inadequate to carry the trailers weight alone, and if you added modest cargo and some fresh water, the pigeon-toed tires would then wear terribly. We felt unsafe traveling. Arnie the service manager and the incredible service team replaced the inferior axles with much heavier rated axles, springs, wheels, tires, etc. A quality installation at a fair price. What more can you ask for. --- Thanks team. PS ---- The Arrow RV parts store stock is simply awesome. I could spend a day in there. They have everything.

Nice Store, but horrible customer service said they would call but I'm still waiting.. Not sure why they could not look up the part while I was there ? He must have something better to do.

Went in 3 times each time I ask for info about a part no one new anything each time workers had to find owner and ask.wanted to know if they had a specific part they responded with "did you look already then we dont have it." If you going to ask questions do not come to this store.they wont be able to answer your question.

This place is awesome! they have nearly everything RV related. If one staff member does not have an answer for you they will check with other associates to see if they are able to assist. Pricing for Arrow’s items is absolutely fair. This establishment has an amazing group of workers. Support your local small business stop in and give this place a try you will not be disappointed. I should've called them 1st ...After 2 wiring harnesses ordered and came in wrong...A simple call on the phone & short drive he Arrow was able to look at my issue and ordered the right part for a better price..Wont make that mistake again..Arrow will be my 1st choice...Great Service Arrow Trailer !!! The Service department is very helpful. It's a sign they are good when you can't book a repair appointment for over 8 weeks. They don't mind making suggestions and giving advice that can help you save time and money and get back to camping quickly. They gave me some information to help me take care of a repair myself. They also can get any parts you need if they don't have them in the store they've had everything I've needed in stock. With the state of the RV industry during COVID they worked with me on another repair. I had to replace two new door panels on my fifth wheel. It took time to get the doors, at no fault of theirs, but they stayed persistent, were finally able to get the parts and make the repair. I'm very happy with the resulting quality of work. I'm glad to find an honest, trustworthy resource like Arrow Trailer Supply. They've earned a loyal customer!

great service if you can get scheduled. . they are always booked. great parts department . also have a dump facility. they keep me on the go with anything I could need for my r. v.
